Year membership bought via iTunes, but expansion islands locked for us

Hi!   We bought a year membership in December 2015 via iTunes and my son hasn't played for a few months and when he logged in this week he couldn't access any membership areas.  He plays on the iPad and via Steam on the laptop.  Both shows membership areas locked to him.   Island expansions and even the membership fishing area are locked for him.  Please advice how we can get this fixed, so he can enjoy the benefits that comes with his membership.

Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue! If your son is playing on the iPad try reinstalling the app. Have you tried clearing your unity cache on your laptop? Does this also occur on the browser version? Doing this can sometimes help resolve certain issues. Is your son, also receiving the rest of his membership? Access to Toothless, discount at Trader Johann's? Do let me know. Thank you!

Our son is getting his monthly gems and as far as I know he has Toothless.  He has so many dragons that it's hard to keep up :)

Since he's playing through Steam, do I still need to clear the Unity cache?  We installed the game on his laptop via our Steam account and I didn't find anywhere to clear the Unity cache.  I will re-install the game on his iPad and revert back to you with the result. 

I want to say a big thank you to the developers and the admin that are working so hard to make this a good gaming experience.  We've been playing for more than 2 years now and our son keeps going back.  We love all the new updates and extra features.  Well done guys!  You deserve a high five (coming from our son!)
