Wrong Parent Email

Hi, my son used the wrong parent email when he registered his account.  I am now unable to activate his account because I didn't get the activation email.  I also don't seem to be able to go into his account to change the email because it keeps saying it needs to be activated.  I have sent 2 requests for help in the last few weeks but have not received a reply.   How can we fix this so he doesn't lose his progress?  Thanks

You can also call the telephone number

If you sent in a request for assistance, you likely would have received a confirmation email.  In that email, there is a telephone number.  Perhaps they will be able to help you.

Yes, that should work. Can you go into his "My Account" page? If so you should be able to change the email address. I don't know if you are able to without activating the account, but it might be worth a try...

Here's Plan B

I know your son might be upset with this, assuming that he has made some progress, but he can create a new account. His progress won't sync to his new account, but he will be able to restart, and perhaps pick a different dragon if he doesn't like the first one that he picked.
