!!! WHERE are my GEMS ??? !!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
I have WAITED FOR 4 MONTHS and emailed you TWICE about the situation BUT THERE IS STILL NO GEMS added into the my account! In the email I sent previously, I have attached all my payments & the current status of my gems (in which the purchased gems are still not added).

Supporting ticket number: #409292 and #410324

 

I have in total made 3 payments on April 19, 2015.

 
Please fixed the problem immediately!!!

no gems

So i have also purchased gems and no gems have been added to my account. I bought the same package. My account is bornNIghtFury. I hope this issue gets fixed soon so other customers don't get jiped like this.
