I'm about to buy the 7 day trial to get toothless for the Long Night Flight. I need to level him fast. The plan is to race 'till he's hungry then feed him. I was wondering, what fish, eggs give the most XP?

Running around aimlessly, what about you?

"Dragons will gain experience when eating. Therefore, we will need food to feed them. Fish will fill the most hunger, but they actually don't fill the most experience. While I was training Hambo, I found eggs filled the most experience. This might be due to the amount needed to fill a dragon's hunger bar. This method is expensive though. Each egg will cost about 10 coins [Non members]."

Wait Toothless has to be a certain level to go on LNF? :/ What level? And why not immediately if he's already an adult?

 

Eggs give the most xp but coins are unnecessary for them. In battle events you'll end up with so many chickens it's ridiculous, if you get bronze chests. Save coins for food. Salmon gives the most energy and some xp, so strategically feed him salmon while saving coins for chicken feed for free chickens (but you do need to buy the coop).

He doesn't need to be a certain level to go on this quest, but you increase the chance of him bringing back gems if he's a higher level

 

And yeah, Chicken Eggs are the best way to level up any dragon, and Salmon is the quickest to fill him up more

Flare ate my subject and Eclipse ate my lunch

If you need to get him to level 30+. Use chicken eggs. I chop down wood once and then spam the egg button to get as many in as possible. It takes a while.

btw i cut down trees and feed him chicken eggs. but i only use that method for dragons that are from lvl 1 - 7 or smth.
and do DT to waste his energy then feed him. imo thats the best way to decrease his energy.

I would do fireball frenzy to decrease energy because that takes away 15 energy points and is easier than DT.
