The unlocking stuff doesn't work

Ok so scince the titan speed stinger update i had problems with unlocking things. like do you know how at the start of the game you have to unlock the cage it just doesn't work. and the fog quest you had to unlock the chest it would not work i did it over and over again and it doesn't work. I even tried from my friends comeputer still doesn't work. There were also things that you had to click on they would not respond. 

Does this happen to every one?
