Stuck in Stable Tutorial and Quest

On my primary account, I am stuck on A New Dawn quest. Every time I log in, it keeps repeating over and over again in the same place. No matter how many times I follow the directions on the quest, I do not get rewarded for it. It's been like that for several months.

On another note, I made another viking account and tried to hatch a dragon egg in the stable. Every time I go in the stable, the tutorial window comes up with no way to get rid of it. My dragon egg completely disappeared from the incubator, and no dragon customization comes up. None of the buttons show either. I leave and come back and it still pops up. My stable is stuck in tutorial mode. 

I use Windows 10 and play this game from my desktop. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to be working. I've defragmented my hard drive, reinstalled the game with temporary files removed, cleared my cashe, used every browser with cleared cashes to see if it would help but nothing is working. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
