Still can't login after months
I still have the problem where you log in and it keeps loading after you clicked the play button. I've send a ticket and they said they would work on it (I sure believe they did) but it's been months and I still can't get in. I also missed Thawfest and a lot of other things. Does anyone know what to do?
I had something similar but about Thawfest, I couldn't log in, I wrote Support SoD and the next day I was able to play again, here on the forum I also made a thread about my problem and the forum admins they advised me what to do next.
Maybe I should ask about my problem on the ticket you created. I wish you to return to the game as soon as possible.
I suggest pming your ticket number along with your username and viking name to Goonybard. He can help nudge customer support about your problem. If you don't have your ticket number anymore then you might have to create another ticket so you can have a ticket number to send to Goony. I'm not sure if he could do anything with just your username and viking name. He usually asks for a ticket number in addition to that other information.

As mentioned, if you can find that ticket (it should be in your emails) then send it to me and I'll nudge the Customer Service team about it and do what I can to get your account fixed. If you don't have it or can't find it, please take a moment to make another ticket through our customer support portal and send the new ticket's details to me (viking name, account name, and ticket number). I wanted to give a sincere apology for how long it took to fix your account. Your specific ticket was assigned to someone else and slipped through the cracks as we started getting really busy earlier this year.
