Sam Has Another Crash Problem (The Dreadfall Dread)

I'm back with another problem. Today, when I logged onto SoD, I was ready to play the Dreadfall Dragon Tactics. However, in the middle, my game crashed. While this is not unknown for me, as my previous post was a Skrill not transforming into a Titan because I crashed. However, this time, there was an even bigger problem.

 

My Levels Reset.

 

I kid you not. 43 levels down the drain. Back at a wimpy level of seven, I didn't even realize it until I logged back onto Dragon Tactics and my base attack was only 139 power. Call me crazy, but last I checked, a Level 50 viking with a Purple-ranked weapon shouldn't do that little damage. Any way I can get those levels back?

same

saw i was level 7 and got confused cause last i checked i was 35ish. kinda annoying cause like,,,, those are hard work. i dont think this events gonna be possible if they dont fix these problems
