Purchased Gems Never Recieved

In April I had purchased the $9.99 gem pack and was never given them.  I sent several emails to the email listed on the website (support@jumpstart.com) over the last few months and never even received a single response.  The confirmation emails gave me these two numbers for reference: 444449 and 449467.  I would like to be given my gems at the very least, if not a refund as well.  I think this whole process of reporting a problem like this is ridiculous.  If sending an email to the email posted is not the correct way to get help, than you should clearly mark it that way.  At the very least I should have gotten a response from whomever looks at that email that said I should be asking for help another way, this has been far more of a hassle than it should have been.
