Profile Pic Problems

I know this is a minor bug but i cant seem to change my profile pic.Then i saw a different ptofile pic which is Stewie Griffin as Darth Vader but when i press my profile pic or go to myy account,it shows me my old one.Can anyone tell me whats going on?
