Dear Sir/Madam,
 
I have WAITED FOR 2 MONTHS and emailed you TWICE about the situation BUT THERE IS STILL NO GEMS added into the my account! In the email I sent previously, I have attached all my payments & the current status of my gems (in which the purchased gems are still not added). Please fixed the problem immediately! I would still like to play your game. Thanks.

I paid awhile ago for a huge amount of gems. They said they'd fix it. Never did. :/
