Not receiving gem rewards from the Bewilderbeast Stable

Recently I purchased the Bewilderbeast stable, just tried to use the King of Dragons skill and it said I got 200 gems from it. However, my gem balance did not move, changed locations and also tried to log out and back in but it didn't change anything.

 

I only had used this once before, got an armor piece then but never went to actually check if I got it. So I have no idea if this is only about the gems, or all rewards.

In one of the threads, one of the Forum Administrators wrote that the chest does not give gems, that if we do not get gems, we should contact SoD Support, who will credit us with gems. He gives the rest of the subjects. After 3 I'm a chest opened and got items in it ( Armor Bewilderbeast)

I opened the cheast once and

I opened the cheast once and all it gave me was a Bewilderbeast Armor which was the first and last thing I received. Then the countdown broke resetting almost everyday with different amount of hours for one week when I could open it but I received nothing. Yet the chest stays there with countdown on again.
