Not Able to Log in

I assume this is the right area to post this in. 

 

So I've been in contact with customer support for some time now and I've been receiving the same careless answer, "You're account with that email does not exist." I know this isn't true and I've gone through every email address I have to try to find why they might have said that, but I have only found my information in the one they say doesn't exist. The last email I received said that they found an account with my email address, but it is a free account. So first they deny it was ever an account, and then they say there is an account? What? Other than that, I had paid for a 3 month membership that is supposed to end on the 21st of March. So there's no way it's free. Is there an explanation for what may have happened to my account? I took a month hiatus but have done this before so I don't think it was deleted due to inactivity. What can I do? I'm getting frustrated.

Okay, I understand your frustration, I'd hate it too! Especially with a membership? Just, no, give me back my account. All you can do is send a report to the devs/admins and HOPE they care at all about it. I wouldn't count on them actually replying though. I've sent in many before and not once have they gotten back to me, setting aside the Dreadfall level drop glitch.

I'm astonished with the replies I have gotten. I've contacted them plenty of times from the same email. It's so frustrating to see that they appear to be less competent now. I don't like the fact that I'm getting blamed either. All the emails I've gotten were telling me that I'm wrong, especially when in this case, they are in fact the ones to blame.
