New Viking Slot will not unlock

Hi,

 

How long does it normally take to get help through customer service?  I have sent two emails a week apart about a New Chararcter that I tried to purchase about 3 weeks ago.  The 550 gems where deducted from my account, but the new viking slot has not unlocked.  Please help!
