Chapter One: Getting accepted in the School of Dragons
One sunny day a young girl Viking was sitting on a stool on a beach with her Terrible Terror. “Charcoal sit still will you?” She scolded her black and whit polka dotted Terror. *Rawrk!* He roared as he looked upset. “I know Charcoal we’ll go in a few minutes just after you just sit down and let me finish…and done!” She announced as she put her art tools away. Charcoal then started growling. *roar* the girl looked up, “There you are Annabeth we’ve been looking for you everywhere!” a girl said as her Skrill named Screech hovered above her. “Hey Sierra, what’s going on?” Annabeth asked. “You got accepted in the School of Dragons!” Sierra said. “Really?!” Annabeth said. “Yeah, you better get ready because mom’s making me take you tomorrow,” Sierra said as Annabeth climbed on Screech’s back. “Charcoal, stop terrorizing the birds and come on!” Annabeth yelled as Charcoal landed on her shoulder. “You really need to stop babying him, because he’s starting to be spoiled,” Sierra smirked. “Charcoal’s not spoiled he just entitled…*Purr*” Annabeth started as Charcoal lied in Annabeth’s arms. “Mmmhm,” Sierra said as she landed at their Viking hut. “Hey, Storm, Torch, Misty and Fog,” Annabeth said to her mom’s Nadder, her dad’s Nightmare, and her twin brother’s Zippleback. “Hi father,” Annabeth said as she started up the steps with Sierra and Screech. “Sierra!” their father yelled. “Yes!” Sierra yelled back. My family has the loudest voices on my island. “What have I told you about bringing your Skrill in the house,” he boomed. “Dad Screech is the most mature one there is compared to all your dragons,” Sierra said as their dad looked out the door and saw that one of the hideous Zippleback head blew gas at the other one and the other head sparked it and it exploded, and then saw that his nightmare and his wife’s Nadder chasing their tails. “Ok point taken, aaah!” He said as he saw Charcoal on his chest. Annabeth and Sierra giggled and ran upstairs. “So are you going to cry like a baby when you’re at the school,” Trevothor snared. “Oh Trevothor leave our sister alone,” Sierra said as she packed the last of Annabeth’s belongings. “Who’s going to make me?” Trevothor said. “Screech,” Sierra said. “Never mind!” Trevothor said as he slammed his door. “Mmmhmm,” Sierra said as she put the last belongings of Annabeth’s on Screeches saddle. “Sierra, Annabeth dinner!” their mother said.
