My Viking Level went from 26 to 7...

Hi, I am new to the forum but not the game. 

Yesterday 10/16/2019 

I was a level 26 and then my dragon went up to a rank 7. Then after my dragon went up my Viking rank/level went down to seven. At first I thought maybe it was a glitch and maybe the two in 27 wasn't showing. So then I kept playing to see if maybe it would fix itself, and to my dismay I only leveled up to a level/rank 8. I haven't been able to say anything about this until today because I just got this account activated. So now I am a Level/rank 12. I have been playing this game since 2018, admittely I had a break from it for a while but I left the game at a level/rank 21 and recently have gotten back into it and leveled up. I don't know what to do but this is becoming a tad frustrating. I love the game so much but I really want this to be fixed. One other thing I noticed is that my trainer points are still high in number (27989 trainer points to be exact).  I will post a few screenshots on this post to show proof that I was a level 26 before this all happened. 

 

I also was falling through the map yesterday but it isn't doing that anymore.This the notification saying I am a level 26 and my trainer points.

Sorry for this long thread, for I am new to this website. 

 

My computer was built so it doesn't exactly have a specific name, but it might be a Dell.

But my computer has Windows 10 on it, I have the game downloaded so I don't think I need to put what type of browser? 

The day was 10/16/2019 in between 5:50 p.m. - 6:20 p.m. Central Daylight time.

A wild outcast has appeared!

I hope this doesn't sound weird but what were the last few things you did before that glitch happened? There's reports playing the Dreadfall Dragon Tactics Levels are the cause of the deleveling in many players.

I think I may have actually been doing a Dreadfall quest. I know it said my progress may have not been being saved and logged me out. So.. yeah. One of the adims just emailed me about it so I am getting it figured out.
