Membership status turning on and off

Hi Brynjolf,

I am sorry, I feel like such a pest..... but I noticed when I started playing with my newest profile that, when I went to purchase an item, suddenly membership benefits were not being shown. Switched profiles, and my other profiles were the same..no membership benefits. I was still showing the gold dragon crest, but items were not showing members price. I logged out, and re logged in, and my benefits are back.

Again, I apologize for being a pest, but I felt that this needed to be reported.

I will let you know if it occurs again, and I will try to let you know approx. time it occured.

Just had the same thing

Just had the same thing happen, which was odd, because I just got the monthly 500 gems for being a member.

Logging back in did take care of it, thank you BlueDolphin! 

 

Unfortunately, accidently hit the buy nighmare birdbath on the non-member price. >P (Was gonna get the bird bath anyway, so not a big) On the Thinkpad, using the Arsenic account.

Same thing just happened to

Same thing just happened to me. I bought a membership yesterday and everything was working great until this afternoon. I cleaned out my browser cache etc...and signed back in and it still says I'm not a member. Is there a way of fixing this?
