Membership not applied

A few hours ago I paid for membership. The payment was accepted and I had confirmation from skill, but the membership has not been applied to my user account. Any ideas?

Hi saggrs. When you say it wasn't applied, did you not receive your 500 gems and does the game tell you to buy membership still? Do you notice if you receive membership discount in the store?
