Statistics and Taming:
Originated and classified in Ukraine, but found on any place with common lightning storms such as Central Africa, Northern South America, and Southeast Asia. The Ukrainian Mistus is related to the Windwalker and a species of an Eastern Dragon. However, the mistus is wingless but not flightless. This dragon has the ability to levitate and fly around without a single flap, fin, or frill.
In Viking times, they say that it is magic, or the work of the gods, but scientifically these dragons has the ability to change the charges of it's white transparent spikes to attract or repel the charges in the air. Similar to the floating spiders, the dragon is light (60lbs) for it's size and the charges on it's spikes from positive to negative to make itself levitate.
The mistus has tiny retractable teeth to only eat insects and rodents, not strong enough to munch on large animals and humans, but can bite if threatened. When there is no charge in the air the dragon cannot fly so it must stay on the ground. The dragon eventually evolved to clime and develop a steamroll ability with it's spikes to run faster and clime faster.
The dragon has a very serpent-like bond and naturally ignorant but is a quick learner and can be trained to do anything but speak
