Just yesterday I was level 40 and I just got set back to 9 :( Is it possible to fix this?

I have the same issue. I was at 42 and now I'm also back to 9. Has anyone else experienced this issue too? Hopefully this will be fixed, as Adventurer Level points take a lot of hard work to earn.

Tons more people have been experiencing this too. It seems to happen in Tactics. And I somehow managed to lose levels twice. 50 - 9 then 12 - 9.

Lost Levels

I have this exact same problem. I was at level 39 and I went back down to level 7 so then I tried everything to get it back. I really hope as well that they get the problem fixed.

Just lost mine

Dude, I was just now playing the 1st Icestorm Island DT level, so I could get some of my Adult dragons leveled up, and had noticed that my level had dropped from 50 to 9. I'd really like to have all my levels back, please. I mean, I'd probably be much higher than level 50(probably around 55 or 60), if the cap was higher, so I really don't want to loose all of those levels.

I emailed the support team and they told me they were aware that many users were experiencing these issues, and were also aware of the server time out for Dreadfall Candy Quests, etc, and are in the process of attempting to fix it.

Hopefully we get our original level points back soon ^^
