kelp missing..

I have the "A Thoughtful gift" quest

I searched for kelp and got it

but then it disappears

now I can't finish the quest and give the kelp, the bread and the lamb chop to Astrid

there is no kelp in my bag,

and none by the beach either.

I already tried clearing cache

it dosen't work

help please
