Iam a PAID MEMBER -I CANT CHAT !- Get blank Pop up!

Iam a Member. When I try to chat now I get a BLANK pop up. and my message dosnt appear.

Have I been blocked/banned from chat?

If so, please advise how I CANCEL my membership. I have NEVER said bad words and only get blocked for spelling mistakes. A few days ago I made another spelling mistake and got a final warning. Im sick of the chat being so badly censored.

 

PLEASE RESPOND. I PAY FOR THIS GAME, and I EXPECT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

being a PAID MEMBER has nothing to do with the blank chat block pop up thingy XD

i get that too. i think it happens when we chat for too long. 

refreshing doesn't help either. 

i didn't try, but you could see if it fixes after clearing unity and browser cache

The blank pop up may have nothing to to with it BUT, being a PAID MEMBER does REQUIRE customer service, under the consumer protection act. If you PAY for a service, the company that you pay is REQUIRED to ensure that you recieve the service that you have paid for. THAT is why I note my paid status. :)

When I get that I have to go

When I get that I have to go into my Manage Account page on the main site. I then disable chat, click update then go back in and enable chat and update.

Hi, 

Yes I have  done that, but will try it again. I also have all the other outstandig glitches that have not been addressed and most reports not responded too.

 

The worst ones are as follows:

 

I have seed bags on my farm and are unable to get rid of them. I have seen other members that have had this problem UN addressed for many months, - Will there be a fix for this any time soon?

 

My trophies dont show up in my clan, nor on my profile. They havent since I got my 2nd viking. BOTH my profiles are frozen on 5 and 0 trophies even tho I have most of them. This is of course a PROBLEM for our clan activities and rankings (within the clan)  WHEN will this be fixed? This is another problem that has been going on for MONTHS, that have not been responded to, nor got any infomation regarding if SOD is working on a fix for it.

 

Please note that clearing cache etc are NOT fixes for the above 2 problems. I have tried that many times over.

Make sure your safe chat is turned on?

If your chat isn't working at all, your safe chat might not be turned on. Check settings :)
