I would like to cancel my subscription

I already sent 2 emails to the email specified and I ahve not gotten a responce. I was on the 3 month plan and I would like to know how many days left. How can I do this? please reply.

What date did you purchase your membership on? Your 3-month membership will end on the same date, but just 3 months later, for example, if you purchased the membership on 1/1, your membership will expire on 4/1. Okay. I've been sending

Okay. I've been sending emails with all my information requestion to have my subscription canceled for two weeks and I have not had a responce from them. My subscription is supposed to renew itself today and I really don't want that to happen (I don't have time to play this semester because of school). I don't have time to call during the day since I'm in classes during their normal bussiness hours (plus no cell phone)

Please help me. I love this game but this is getting to be very irritating.
