That would be pretty dark if they killed either of them off. I can see it happening though. Sad to say the least. I'm gonna guess all the dragons die. Some sort of mass extinction.

It's a nice song but I doubt that it's actually in HTTYD3, remember that this movie comes out in 2017, 3 years from now. I doubt they'd release a song with that kind of title, aka spoiling that much, 3 years before the movie would come out. Remember that a score is one of the last things to be added to a movie too, since after the movie is made, the orchestra comes together while the movie is actually playing and syncs it up and plays then.
And the youtube account, why would he be playing video games and make videos about that, then all of the sudden just release this song? They have released songs that were cut from HTTYD2, but none of them have been this, where did this one come from out of no where, and on this random account?
And another thing is that John Powell said he may not be doing HTTYD3's soundtrack. Why would he make this one, knowing it would be for 3, that he was considering not doing?
It could be real, but it really shouldn't be. The movie still has 3 years to come out, whether this was made during 2's production or not, 3 years until it comes out, they wouldn't come close to releasing a song with a name like this so soon.

yeah read the comments there re 2 people that are almost 100% sure it' not at all from the HTTYD series apart for the fac that it has apparenty been out since HTTYD 2 and you can't really write a score that fits the movie scenes when the mvie doesn't even have a finished script yet.
however even if it were i would be more likely that it is something like a discarded version for stoics funeral scene.

hope this is not true.T-T-there are still 3 years atleast t-they can change it. they cant make toothless go way that easy. but I have an idea, they can be searching for more islands and they see a flying night fury-they follow it and find a whole island of nightfuries. then, hiccup goes back to berk, equips the automatic tail(that toothless can fly by himself) and he frees toothless that he has a life with his family and visits him regulary. then one time toothless gives birth to night furies.....etc.
atleast that wont be killing toothless and all the other dragons

I'll add something now because it looks like most of you don't know, but the producers said it would follow the books, and it would explain why the dragons aren't around anymore. I made a post earlier about the song, not realizing you guys didn't know the movies outcome. But, that's what's going to happen. I still think the song's fake, but the premise of what it's about may be true. They may all die, they may just fly away, but the dragons won't be around in the end.
I'm still sad, despite knowing that the person who created the story and the people making the films know what they're doing :( This is one of those series that deserves a VERY powerful ending :'(
