httyd2 alpha
In the httyd2 movie any dragon can be alpha as long as they beat the alpha 1 on 1 well when toothless challenged the alpha toothless had to get back up from the other dragons so doesnt that mean toothless shouldnt actually be alpha because it wasnt 1 on 1
Yes Toothless had help and he probably wouldn't have been successful without their help but it was Toothless who dealt the final blow causing the tusk to break. At that point the Bewilderbeast admitted defeat and went back into the ocean. Then the other dragons decided to follow Toothless and bowed down to him, showing they accepted Toothless as the alpha.
I get what you mean. But I think that to the other dragons, it didn't matter how the bewilderbeast was defeated. They all decided to bow down to Toothless and to them, Toothless is the alpha.
This is what I think:
Toothless is just overprotective of hiccup and has a mega evolution like pokemon.too easy to solve.
He didn't evolve he just was like "You didn't Just do that, or does somebody need to die?" and then he was like "You don't know who your messing with!" and then he goes all Crazy Epic and felt my heart jump out and He was just Extremaly mad and yes, overly protective. (I hardly Knew it was toothless) And I got the Toy toothless When he is all mad and stuff and on the box it says Mega Toothless.

Well, I can see where your coming from with this.
I think maybe because Toothless was the first to challenge the Alpha, and because his challenging the Alpha broke the hold it had on the other dragons, and because he got in the major last blow that made the Alpha turn away, that sort of satisfied the rules of being the new Alpha. And when CloudJumper bowed down to Toothless, that sort of sealed the deal for all of the other dragons. The dragons hold a lot of respect for CloudJumper, and seeing him acknowledge Toothless' achievement, well.....
Anyway, that's just my opinion. I would be interested to hear what other people think on this subject.
