How to edit gifs without using photoshop?

Okay so I had NO idea where to post this.

I was wondering if there is a way to edit gifs without using photoshop? If you can help me I will be eternally grateful.

Use gimp! Just kidding thats

Use gimp! Just kidding thats probably not helpful at all. I would use a movie cutter or something ^u^ if thats what you mean. If you want it to look pretty there are lots of glitter graphics sites or you could use a filter

Planned dragons

Female Scouldren- Named Sky- light blue and white and maybe some grey

Male rumblehorn - orange with purple and brown- named Bramble
