hatch a dragon egg

my game is stuck on that quest..

after i hatched my dragon i got the first quest again, i tried to hatch another egg but nothing happened, i grew up my dragon and nothing happened..

just dont know what to do..

i thought to start another game from the start but ive already bought a stormcutter (its at the stabled, which i cant get into because i didnt "hatched a dragon yet".

please help!
