A gift fit for bugs

Doing the quest A Gift Fit For Astrid and I have gotten to the part where it says I need to give the paint to Hiccup. I don't have the paint. I still have the cobalt and now Heather won't take it and I still have all my eggs I had before I talked to her. I have cleared browser cache and unity cache. I am using a windows 8 laptop and I don't have any other device I can play on. Quest log also says i have the quest Family Ties but I have already finished that one and the one in my quest log is bugged too.

Tier give it back.. give it... NO NO.. nvm..

Well I finished the Iceisland quests but here is my advice, play other quests if you have them, explore, go farm a little, fish a little.. do something else ingame for like an hour or 30 min, then refresh the game and try again. Those glittes are bad I know x.x ...

I have done every other quest I could so far, went fishing for what felt like an hour, actually went to visit my farm did several refreshes and it didn't fix itself. I am at a loss at what to do now.

and the quest is still bugged, family ties is also still there and is also bugged into not working. If an admin could come into help I would be super happy.
