Gems Not Appearing

I watched a bunch of videos to get gems, it should have been enough for 15-20. I didn't get them, so I refreshed my browser and only 10 appeared. So I closed the tab, reopened it, and logged in again. The ten that I got before disappeared.

HELP!!!!!!!!!! There's only a few hours left in the sale and I'm saving gems up so I can get a few things....

First things first, I AM A FANGIRL. PARTICULARILY AN OTAKU, WHOVIAN, POTTERHEAD, AND DEMIGOD.

Please note that my username contains elements from Fullmetal Alchemist best anime ever, by the way and Ao no Exorcist/Supernatural.

I also have many, MANY RPing OCs, including a few Night Furies, Skrill Furies will never be canon, but deal with it and a lot of different humanoids and such. 

I have three dragons so far, almost four! I wish I were a bloody member so I could get everything I wanted...

1. Deadly Nadder - Frostbite, male, currently level 19

2. Whispering Death - Ivani, female, currently level 12

3. And another Whispering Death (from that quest) - Avidr, male, and currently level 1 because I had no nests left. -_-

I don't know how to fix your problem, but this is in the wrong section. It goes in bug report, not website bug report.
