Full screen issue :(

Hello! I am writing about a full screen issue I'm having. When I open the game, it is in a portrait view and not the usual landscape view. I have tried numerous things to fix this, like reinstalling and restarting my laptop. I play on a Windows Surface Pro. This issue has just recently shown up, and it is very annoying. I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank you.
