Forgot Password

I have contacted your help email address twice and received no response to not being able to reset my account password.  You would think that if I asked for a temporary password that it would also be used as my current password for a reset.  I am a paying customer along with my grand daughter and now I can not play online with her since I cannot put in a new password.  Will someone in tech support please help me to reset my account password.  If I cannot get any help from you will look into closing the accounts and demanding my money back.
