flight club achievement glitched :/
i have heard that the flight club achievement has been bugged before , but to clarify: the achievement "flight club master" is glitched on 43/45 for me , i tried to find help but no luck. i have tried to finish it on 3 dragons but still, nothing . does anyone know how to fix this?
There's no way for the players themselves to fix it. That's something the devs have to do. Mine's also stuck at 43/45. Has been for probably a couple of years, maybe longer. I should've completed the achievement a long time ago but it got stuck at 43/45 and no matter how many A+'s I get the game doesn't count them towards the achievement. The best I can suggest is to create a ticket about it on the support site which you can get to by clicking the picture of Hiccup and Toothless that says "Contact Customer Service" on the right side of the forum.

First, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the game. You earned that achievement, so you deserve to have it. I'm going to do what I can to help you. As mentioned, this unfortunately isn't something that can be fixed from your end. I strongly suggest writing a ticket to Customer Support with your username and the affected viking's name so we can track and address it on our end.
Customer Support might ask you to do some basic troubleshooting like reinstalling the game but that's not going to do anything. Specifically mention that your flight club progress saved to the server correctly but you're missing an achievement key on the server, and CS should skip over basic troubleshooting and elevate your ticket to the team. I don't have access to a large majority of the server, but I do have limited access to this specific part relating to player data and achievements. Once your ticket comes through I'll fix your account as soon as I can.

I got your message and nudged CS to pass it along to me. I went in and fixed your achievement, and while I was there I noticed your flight suit was stuck on your avatar as well so I fixed that too. CS should be reaching back out to you soon, but if anything else is wrong feel free to respond to the ticket and we'll get it all sorted out.
As always, if anyone else here has a ticket for this issue that hasn't been responded to yet, send your ticket number to me in a private message and I'll ask the CS team to pass it to me. We've had a large influx of tickets lately so we're doing our best, but tickets can always slip through the cracks on accident.

Sorry about that! We're flooded with tickets at the moment from Thawfest, so the queue is a little backed up. You should have received an email with your ticket number when you sent the ticket. Send that number to me in a private message along with your username and viking name and I'll nudge the customer support team to find it and pass it along to us.

I just wanted to follow up on this. There appears to be some deeper issues with the Flight Club that were present before I was hired on and went unnoticed until now. We've earmarked these issues to investigate later; in the meantime, I went ahead and gave you the achievement since fixing your data to match your progress would have ended up breaking again.
If anyone else has this issue and haven't received a response, like I mentioned, please send me a PM with your username/viking name and ticket number and I'll nudge someone on the Customer Support team to give the ticket to me.
