Faster way to get candy
Ok so have a question about getting candy
So I have a lot of gem and what should I spend them on to get candy faster
should I spend it on the chest all around the island or should I buy the chests in store and exchange the things I dont want which way is faster?
The chests around the islands will most definitely have candy, but the amount varies and can be a waste of gems sometimes unless you always go for the higher priced ones. But even then too. Spending them on chests in the store means you can get stuff out of it too. But the things you don't want might not get that much in exchange. Idk, I'd be selective and split it between both of them. So, spend a little on island chests, spend a little on store chests. It's what I do
Edit: Yeah.. No.. don't listen to me previously. There's a lot of good stuff this year in the store chests, so I'd just go with that. Then, depending how many gems you have, you can have double stuff, so you have extra to exchange, and then the rest to keep. Then just do the maze and open the chests at the end of it. Coins is basic eggs, farm stuff, fish, and all that. Lower priced gem chests either get you dreadfall stuff, or a low amount of candies, maybe 70 at most? Just be sure to look at what it's offering before spending so you don't waste any gems on a booted plant basically... Higher priced gem chests should give you more candies. Although not always, and it's annoying, so yeah, just stick with the store chests and get better stuff out of it.
I advise u not to spend ur gems now and just grind normally w/ tactics racing and quests, until like the last few days, if u dont have enough candies, then spend gems.

Well I spend mine on the ones in the store. I got more candy out of it than from the ones standing arround. I got this leather outfit two times and each brought me over 800 candies. Im at arround 10000 allready. Just 5000 more to go. But you can also buy the cheapiest chest thats standing arround for 240 coins. The best you can get from it is the spooky barn. Gives you 200 candies for exchange.
I have over 100,000 coins where are these chests!!!! I have never sen them!!!
I spent about 2000 gems on chests from the store.
I would recommend that, and if you somehow had an abnormal amount of rage skulls (I had 34), exchange those as well!
It gave me about 2200 candies from them.
Plus doing all three daily quests, and the maze got me up to about 4000 candies already.

Just as other people have mentioned, buying chests from the store helps a lot. I spent just over 3k gems on store-bought chests (and did the first few quests + the maze) - I have 9,000 candies already. You can do this! :)
Okay, another thing I discovered that everyone might be interested in as well, is you can buy the coin chests that are all over the map.
I got a Fancy Barn that way, along with two spiders. I keep going after those chests for stuff to keep or trade.

i had a problem with the event drops and they fix that, but now you get blueprints from the event item.
USELESS
Ummm, hello you can still win the actual items and blue prints . The blue prints don't disappear after using so you can keep trading rare items for the aurora items. Making trading in extra of each item for cookies possible and even easier . Useless was your comment to read. Also, a huge plus they added a dreadful weapon blueprint chest that allows you to win very cool legendary items. If you only have one chest it stays and if you have 2 for some reason they disappear after each use. . Please be less negative and more positive since they don't have to do special events but they do for us .
I only get thets blueprints. I had two event items in the beginning of the event
In the 6th dragon tactics event I get both blue prints and items and it's the only level I play . Hope that helps . If you restart level a few times you usually find a quicker goal of just reaching the cauldron .
I think you should buy the farm chests lying around harvest cadys from the animals you get and then exchange the animals at the end.
My advice: Spam DT until you get tons of Dreadfall exchangable items: Aurora Skrill Armour, Dreadfall Weapons that can be exchanged.
