Facebook log in issue

So i created my account 2 eyars ago using facebook and i haven't played since 2018, was trying to log in again today but i forgot the username, tried using the numarical id of my facebook acc but it says that no account exists with this id and i'm not sure what should i do tbh, is my progress completely lost ?
