The Elven's Hope ~Official Role-play~
((Sorry for not replying sooner. My schedule has been in flux as of recent, i usually dont have time to. Or, when I do, I never feel in the mood to write. Just posting so you all know that I haven't abandoned you. ))
((I had an Idea, since those who are just the bad guys don't have much to do, You could make them infultrate the school. I honestly think it would be hilarious.))
Keitha smiled back at Nova.
"Are we just introducing ourselves?" she whispered. "That's way better than any type of math."
((Eeek, even shorter))
"Ah..." Keitha nodded and followed Nova's gaze to the teacher's, one of whom looked to be almost too young to be a teacher.
Hmm, she thought. This stay is going to be interesting.
Trivia was late on her first day of school. She could see it; every one was there accept for one other student, a moon elf. She jogged down the halls, dead calm. She made two lefts and a right and came to a long hall. As she came to the end of it she telepathically opened the wall-door-thingy. She walked inside and sat next to a nature elf.
Looking around the room, she noted all the elves. The teachers; a fire/nature elf hybrid, loves teaching and learning, prone to mistakes and more likely to hurt himself than anyone els, likes the female teacher; a dark/light elf, smart and beautiful, the beauty coming from her light elf side, loves to teach and learn as well, has a crush on the male teacher.
Students; next to her was the nature elf, likes to creat beautiful monsters and science is his first love, has his own way of thinking is very clever; electric elf, introverted and doesn't like to be around people all that often. "I hear that" thought Trivia; a dragon elf, introverted, wants to keep her head down, but also is sweet and compassionate; star elf, loud, extroverted, likes to talk, but also loyal, kind; aquatic elf, book worm, tries to mask her intelligence, good person, skilled with a bow; winter/aquatic elf, has a "can do" attitude, kind, helpful, spunky; wind elf, pridful of her race, light, team player, never gives up; another star elf, sharp, preceptive, romantic, head in the clouds, calm in stressful situations; earth elf, dreamer, sharing and kind, yet, stubborn and sometimes prideful, loves people. All of these students seemed pretty nice, yet, this was all just more useless info that Trivia would never forget. She watched a shadow of a cat roll on the teachers desk, no one seemed to notice it or care.
((Let me know if I said anything inaccurate))
((Thunderbird, not quite :) Kanseen admires her people and could not imagine being anything but a wind elf, but she is not really prideful or proud - she doesn't look down on other types (even if she distrusts some) and she realises wind elves are not the most powerful/magical ones out there))
Another girl, Taraja, stood up and introduced herself after Kanseen.
Wow so there was a dragon elf in the class! Kanseen felt a slight thrill - but she was also very curious. In truth, she had always been fascinated by dragons (I assume there are regular dragons in this world, besides dragon elves?)- she had tried a thousand times to get close to one but they always hid away as soon as she saw them (and chasing them was NOT a good idea, she found that out the hard way). Maybe dragon elves had some sort of understanding with wild dragons? Kanseen thought she would try to introduce herself after class. At home she would never have approached a dragon elf: there was still talk about rogue ones who had not given up on the war. She wasn't sure if it was true or just stories to keep kids from wandering too far away. But someone from a high-ranking family was not likely to be one of them. Plus, the girl did not look at al vicious.
Late student started arriving in the class - one of them looking very odd, Kanseen noted with mild interest. She was glad that for once she was where she was supposed to be when she was supposed to be - usually it would be her rushing in. She wondered who would introduce themselves next.
~~Nirn~~
He squinted at the new comer. She had chosen to sit next to him and Normally that didn't end well.
He began to examine her. the horns where an Odd touch, a blind fold was streched across her eyes. She was interesting enough. But not enough to hold his attention. Nirn shrugged, he stuck his hands into his pockets experimentally. Nirn pulled a small glass eyeball out of his pocket. This distubed him greatly
Where on EARTH did this come from??!
He examined it more thoroughly.
Well, he thought to himself. At least i'll have something to keep me busy.
==Ronteah==
He squinted at the Moon Elf who had decided to sit next to him. "Soooo.... What did I miss?" She asked him.
He winced, wondering why she was attempting to actually talk to him. He handed her an extra copy of the form they were required to fill out. "Just fill this out and wait your turn." He said curtly; he didn't wish to get in trouble for talking to the newcomer during class.
As for the rest of the people who introduced themselves, Ronteah took little notice.
((so, KittyLlama told me that she pronounces Ronteah's name Ron-tia
i just want to be clear that his name is said Ron-tay-uh. XD idk why i'm picky about it, I just want to be sure you guys know.))
((Things have been getting so hectic. It's been getting harder and harder for me to keep up with my rps. I might have to drop out of this if I do not find time in the next few days. I am so sorry.))

The boy next to her eyed her, examining her. She felt no discomfort because she did it all the time. Then, loosing interest, he looked away. He reached into his pocket and fished out a glass eye, she sensed surprise coming from him. She snickered silently, so silently that you could hardly her at all. Then straightening her face and clammed up. it was unlike her to do that, but it was just to funny to her. She reached into her pocket and took out another glass eye, she had stolen it from an orc that she had met on her way (she had walked). She smiled ever so mischievously, showing the elf.
The eye rolled in her hand, it was alive. it looked up and down at her, slowly changing color, green, red, green, red, ect. . . Trivia knew that she had escalated the weirdness, but she didn't care, that was just how she liked it.

Andy watched the students introduce themselves. Two new arrivals entered the class room, a moon elf and a- she had no idea what that was, but then again, this school was open to all species of elven.
Waited for them to sit and then said, "ah, Crescent and Trivia, glad you made it. Today we are just introducing ourselves and getting to know each other"
((Just keeping Andy alive. Don't have anything to do with her rn. Y'all feel free to take her over))
((Btw, Trivia doesn't move her head when she looks around, just stares ahead. Unless she's interacting with one person)) ((@KeuRay, sorry! I'll edit!))
==Ronteah==
He turned back and faced towards the front of the class. He huffed once more, casting another quick glance around the room. His eyebrows drew together worriedly. There were a lot of people in there and he wasn't sure he enjoyed being in such a crowded situation.
He brought his hands together in front of him and rubbed his thumbs together nervously.
((just showing that i'm keeping up ))
After the last introduction, the class grew silent - Kanseen had already finished filling in the paper they were given and was now starting to get kind of bored. She notised a clump of dust on the grownd and started trying to chase it into the gap between the paper basket and the cabinet without the teachers noticing. She wasn't especially talented at wind control - flying was much more her thing. She could do simple bent air currents and a few variety of small twisters - even a combination of the two, but any more complicated shapes were still a challenge. It could also have something to do with her lack of patience for steady practice. She tried to make the dust clump zig-zag across the floor.
~~Nirn~~
He looked left and right. Wondering who would be next. But, Giving a sigh he sat up straight in his chair and cleared his throat
"I am Nirn." He stated bluntly internally deciding if he should say his last name.
"I hail from land not overly far from here, Although i am a Nature elf I've never seen my homeland. Ectera."
He said most everything in a half hearted tone. he had no wish for any of these people to find him too interesting, And If they knew all of his secrets they would be more on their gaurd, And the element of surprise was his best weapon.
==Ronteah==
He sighed, seeing as he was one of the few left who hadn't introduced themselves. Even the suspicious-looking Nature Elf had introduced himself, although he had kept it simple.
Ronteah huffed before standing curtly. "I am called Ronteah Galder, I am an Electric elf of the age of seventeen." He finished and sat back down, not wishing to say much else. He didn't care what these people thought of him, so what was the point in telling them much? Besides, if they really wanted to know he would just hand them his filled-out form.
(since Aymby is just listening I won't do anything right now)
Brynja cracked her knuckles, but made no move to stand up. She felt that it was a waste of energy for her. "I'm Brynja, a Winter and Aquatic Elf, and I grow plants," she said, shrugging.
Abalone sized up the Star Elf and was curious about something. "Isn't it true that Star Elves can tell a person's animal guide just by looking at them? Or summon one for them if they ask?" She asked Nova, genuinely curious about her own spirit guide. She probably had something like a gyrfalcon or even a dolphin. Her mother told her that those were always good animal guides for an Aquatic Elf. Her frills were at half mast now and quivering with interest. She was curious if this star elf could tell what her spirit guide was for her.
Abalone was DEFINITELY interested now. "Would you be interested in trying again after class? Maybe you just need to focus on a specific elf to find out their spirit guide." She asked, glancing at Kanseen to see if she was interested. "Who knows, maybe I'll get a hawk or a marine iguana or something." She teased, grinning at her Wind Elf friend. Maybe she just made herself a friend with a Star Elf who could tell what her spirit animal was
(speaking of, I'm going to check the Spirit Animals books and see what aquatic animals are available)
Kanseen listened to the conversation about spirit animal guides with scepticism. She has never heard wind elves talk about having those - and she was not one to trust something she did not understand.
"Hmm, I don't think I would want any kind of animal trying to tell me what to do" she said with some distrust.
"According to what my Mom told me, spirit animals are supposed to help you make the right decisions. And they're also supposed to be your partner in combat. The aquatic elves I know that have them usually have things like osprey, sharks, dolphins, that sort of thing. Any star elves that come to our Grove Palace for market that have spirit guides are anything from pelicans to forest animals." Abalone explained, glancing over at Nova. "Do you know what your own spirit guide is? I wouldn't mind having an osprey or some other aquatic bird as long as it's not something like a Penguin or anything like that. They're pretty much considered useless where I'm from. Mostly because they're a nuisance to gardens and plants up north." She admitted, glancing around at the other students
Keitha listened to Nova and another elf talk about Star Elves having the ability to see people's guide animals and began wondering what her's and other's guide animals were and if everybody had one.
"Does absolutely every elf have a guide animal?" Keitha asked.
Keitha nodded and listened. She kept her cool until Nova said she could create animals from stars.
"WHAT?!" Keitha exclaimed. "That's so cool! Now I wish I was a Star Elf."
==Ronteah==
After hearing the conversation about Star Elves and magical guides from his fellow students around him, Ronteah looked to the teacher, worried that he would let this go on for long.
Deciding he himself would take action, he turned around swiftly in his seat and looked at the classmates that were chatting. "Actually, since class is almost ready to start, it would be an ideal plan for all of you to sit down and perhaps be quiet," he hissed.
==Ronteah==
He huffed again. "Technically, the teacher said to fill out the form, and tell the class a little bit about yourself. We are still awaiting further instruction, and all this babble about magical-creature-guide nonsense is distracting." He held his head up and squinted at the Star Elf.
==Ronteah==
He nodded to himself, glad his words had made the seemingly endless chitter-chatter stop for now. He turned back around and sat straight-backed in his seat.
(haha ronny's so mean)

Trivia listened to the conversation going around about spirit animals, these where common where she came from, hers was a Panther, though she only saw it in total darkness. she just minded her own buissness and went into a daze. She didn't think that anyone would want to talk to her anyway, so she entered her own mind, the only thing from the outside world that she could sense were the emotional waves of her new class mates.
× Andromeda Wulfdark ×
The students were chattering and laughing, she thought mabey they should leave them to talk and get to know one another, then later she would have them take a test on what they learned about one another and their species.
But she didn't know amby's plan, she said, "should we leave them to get to know each other?" To the hybrid elf.
((Yes, I'm still here and I've been keeping track. Just don't have anything to do))
((Lol boom, I feel an electric storm coming. Muahahahahah!))
==Ronteah==
His right eyelid twitched.
His ears moved, laying a little flatter against his head. He turned his head slighty to the left to look at Nova through the corner of his eye.
"Ah yes, Raci.st puns. Thank you for that."
Ronteah had always been sensitive to any sort of comment on the Elvish Races, even if it was a joke.
==Ronteah==
His nose had turned a darker shade of slate gray, and the bottom lids of his eyes were searing. He wondered why he felt like he was going to cry, but he supposed it was just the pressure of being surrounded by so many people.
"Just don't talk to me," he choked out; quite rude of him, admittedly.
~~Nirn~~
He watched the whole thing with silent amusment, It was indeed entertaining to watch two students go back and forth like this. Not to mention he was the youngest one in the class room.
And probably the most mature. He thought to himself
He slid back in his chair propping his black and white converses up on the desk. Resting his head on his arms
And releasing one solid and VERY noticible Snort. It was very obvious that he was considering them as young childeren fighting over a toy
(Hey so Nirn is 15 notify me if i'm wrong. i think he's the youngest)
| Trivia Woodcross |
Trivia snapped out of it. She involuntarily cracked her knuckles under her desk. she did not like racism.
"¿Am mán theled?" Trivia demanded calmly. did not want to speak, but she felt it necessary. "Quendi, Ego, *mibo orch" She said cooly. She could speak English but did not care to. She hoped that her voice did not sound to compelling.
((Hello ^ ^))
==Ronteah==
Ronteah's gaze whipped to his right, looking at the owner of the scoff that had just been released. It was the curious Nature Elf. "Oh shut up," his voice squeaked. "It's not like you're actually here to learn or even to make friends. Honestly from watching your previous behaviors, it's easy to guess that you're here to torture and experiment on your fellow students," his words were inflamed with anger on his ton,gue. "I don't want any business with you, so just keep your anxious and barbaric ways to yourself."
His heart was beating fast in his chest, thumping wildly against his sternum. His lungs felt like they belonged to a small animal- taking small and worried gasps for air.
~~Nirn~~
He chuckled And looked Ronteah dead in the eye.
and chuckled deeply.
then spoke in a calm manor "Yes in fact. you are right. The only reason I am here is to collect Samples of Different elf blood and see how all of the powers work, and right now I am very curious about Electric elf abilities"
He pulled a Scalpel from his pocket and rolled it between his fingers.
"In fact." He continued in a hushed tone."I'll see you tonight."
Nirn Tucked in Scalpel in his converses, and quitened. He was done for now.
~Nakita Nohanii~
Nakita sighed and stood up. She walked to a far wall. She placed her hand on a stine in the wall and it began to illuminate. It opened and there were scrolls and books inside. She grabbed a torn scroll and walked back to the table as she felt the door begin to close. "Okay, let's go over the plan", she said as she rolled out the scroll, which was the layout of the school.
