DVD Code Not Working
So tonight I purchased the Dragons Defenders of Berk Part 2 DVD from Walmart.
I got home and went to enter in the code but it keeps saying that the code is invalid.
I got my mom to read the code out loud to me as I typed it in to make sure I was doing it correctly and still I got the invalid code error. This is a brand new dvd and brand new code, why do I keep getting this error and can it please be fixed?

Mine is doing this as well. It also happened with both of my Riders of Berk DVD codes. Lol.
I have the worst luck.
Basically, just send a quick email to Support@SchoolOfDragons.com
Send them a picture of your code, along with your username/account name. Tell them that you're having this issue, and they should fix it for you :)
The staff is fairly quick about getting results, so I'm sure they'll get the job done.
The codes SHOULD be valid, seeing as the new DVD came out on the 27th.
Which was yesterday.

CODES? Are you serious? This is the last century. Ha, ha, ha. :D No one
uses codes for a long time!!!. They previously worked badly, and now on the
codes in general no one remembers. There is an easier way, namely through
the Membership. Pay for this service and you will have access to all the
exclusive dragons.
Same Problem here (bought my DVD at Walmart on the 27th and code is invalide) I have contacted suport but have not heard back yet, but it has only been 2 days.

just to let you know - the support team can be really fast, but they might not answer at all. its happened to me a few times, its been over 6 months and still no reply. if they don't get back to you in a week or less I would suggest contacting Brynjolf, the moderator of the forum, by PM (private message) with the same message as you sent the support team.
