Dragon's growth lost

Hello,

 

I bought 525 gems for 4.99$. My dragon has grown for a day(I used the gems for that), but after that it again returned to small size. Can this be fixed? My username is akulachukpc

Thanks for following up...

To be clear, did you use the “Age Up” feature? Please let us know. Also, sometimes when game progress is updated suddenly like this it helps to clear your unity and web browser cache, following the instructions listed here: http://www.schoolofdragons.com/help/faq#unity-reinstall . When your cache is storing too much information it can cause simple loading errors like this in the game.

Thanks for the quick response

Yes, I have used the "Age Up' and spent my gems on that. Also, I tried everyting - cleaning the browser cache, use another browser, reinstall Unity etc. - still no lock. Can you check that issue and refund these gems to me?
