Dragon can't fly?!? Plus some other bugs
I have already sent this to the support team, but I recently got a membership. Right after, I got a Whispering Death and leveled up a lot. I stayed up late, and realized that when I typed something, it either didnt show up or a different viking said it! And another viking was talking through me, as in they typed something and it showed up as me saying it! I could barely say anything. So I logged on for a few days in a row, and on about my third day, my dragon became an adult. I logged on the next day after creating another viking under my account (I wasn't playing it, though) My adult dragon couldn't fly! It could only glide! And on my other viking, I did multiple quests, yet it didnt save.... Also,if you buy something with gems on one viking, should it also show up for the other? Because it didn't, yet both gem amounts were deducted. AND (sorry this is so long) can you get a toothless by having a one month membership for 3 months? I would think it makes sense (ish) since you would be giving more money.
I have no idea what's going on with your gliding and quests, but the chat thing is a common bug. I hardly ever use chat and it's happened to me more than once. Also, when you buy gems, it's for your entire account, not for individual viking characters, so when you spend gems on either viking it subtracts from both, but only gives you the item you purchased for the individual viking.
Unfortunately, you must have a three month membership or more. One-month memberships for three months, though more expensive, don't receive Toothless.

the chat bug I had it today and I tried the trick that I believe Nessie posted on one of her forums. with your chat box open click to single player mode then close your chat box then switch back to multiplayer mode open your chat box and it should work it worked for me I hope it works for you good luck XD
YOU ARE NOT ALONE, MY dragon, a Nadder will not fly either!!! it is at level 12 and just hops around, sometimes will glide, sometimes NOT...:( Frustrated! PLEASE FIX! OR is there a NEW RULE now, regarding age and flying?
You need see hiccup or the student in front of the Great Hall in the school, should fly at level 10, go and try to jump in lava I in the hatchery, a couple of times this may take. I just got mine to fly at level 13 XD hope this helps

As far as I've seen;
Baby dragons/newly hatched --- just follow, unrideable.
Teenager Dragons --- rideable, can jump and glide
Adult dragons --- fly
