Did not receive galeslash egg when purchased
I bought the galeslash egg in the store, and my gems were deducted, but when I went to my stable to hatch it, the egg was not in the line of eggs! I checked my backpack, and it is not there, either! This is on an Apple mobile device.
Anyone else have the same problem, or was it just me?
It is not just you! Apparently, several others have confirmed that it is glitched!

This is why people should not buy eggs untill they have been announced or at least have been in store for a little while. When something is newly introduced it may not be fully inplemented yet. It use to be an unspoken rule about eggs in particular that if you buy it early you're taking a risk but I guess several people forgot in their excitment.

Unlike the Dreadstrider and Skrillknappers eggs that popped up in a single day, with icons not related to the dragon eggs themselves, then disappeared, this one definitely had an announcement with it in the game itself (there's art and everything).
I wish SoD would test their items first before throwing it to the public wily-nily. The ones excited here are the game devs themselves.
I hope they put out some compensation for the people who bought these buggy eggs.
Trust me you're not the only one with this problem. To me I think it's stupid how they put something out but doesn't work for other people playing the game.
This just happened to me. In fact, I was about to make a post about it. I hope they fix the problem or give me (and anyone else who bought it) back my (their) 1,000 gems.
Same issue here. I dropped support a message, hopefully they can do something. I saw the official in-game announcement so I assumed it wouldn't be broken, oop.

i was really stupid a second ago and I was gem grinding.. the minute I was finished I went to the store to look at prices... well then I decided to buy a dreadstrider egg and the galeslash skin bundle, using all the gems I had just grinded half the morning for.. THEN I EXIT THE STORE AND REALIZE IM ON MY GEM GRIND ACCOUNT ugh so I wasted lots of work sorry not related just kinda annoyed at myself
I did not receive my hybrid abomination either.
I wish to raise this tiny baby with the oversized head and turkey-like body.
He was born in sin but I can raise him to be a good Norse Pagan.
He can never see his parents again, of course, that would be forbidden.
Everyone would know of their heathen ways, we cannot have that.
He will be raised as a deformed Deadly Nadder, that is his best chance of being safe.
Of course he doesn't exist yet so I don't even know if he is a he.
Regardless, I hope to raise the little demon soon, he needs me to guide him.
I digress, Let's all just hope the small eggs show up soon.
The egg appeared for me now! I think it's been fixed.
I hatched my egg, but i got it up to level 5 then aged it up, but it doesnt wanna work
i restarted the game and now it doesnt wanna let me in.
I had the same issue as I hatched my egg, though I could not age it up and can not get into my file from any device also. I just hope they can fix this! I did not realize the dangers till after unfortunately.
You can't get in the game either? Im just glad im not the only one bc i got really scared i was gonna lose my account
its best we leave the game alone til it is fixed.

I bought the egg and hatched it (I paid to speed it up) but my dragon disappeared from the dragon list and he returned to the hatchery ...
Same thing here, and now I can't get back in the game :I

Whew! I almost bought it of my excitment. Lucky I saw this thread.
My egg is in the furnace but it's invisible. I hope it will actually work when it hatches--if it hatches (I watched two ads to speed it up but the timer keeps going to to 7 hours. So, there's a strong chance there's gonna be something wrong with it).
Besides all of the complaining, I'm glad a new dragon came to the game (though, I would rather have an actual species [like a Sword Stealer] than a hybrid).
Alright, my dragon hatched and so far everything is going good. I'm leveling it up via battle events with no issues (it's only level 6 or 7). So, I'm glad everything is working out!
I aged up my Galeslash with a ticket without encountering any issues.
