Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|
The constant murmur of weary students droned on throughout the hallway, providing a consistent noise level loud enough for Lila to move quietly despite the chunky heeled boots she was wearing.
The lilac haired woman moved at a brisk pace down the stairwell, dodging the ambling figures of other students as they passed her by.
Lila's sharp gaze scanned the heads of the students as she descended the final step onto the ground floor.
A familiar uniform caught her attention and she immediately b-lined towards the figure.
Walking past the security guard, Lorelai slammed into him, their shoulders colliding in a jarring impact that send spikes of pain shooting up her neck.
"Oy!"
"My apologies." Lila hummed, sliding her hand into a hidden pocket beneath her waist band.
Grumbling, the guard stalked off, not noticing the smile that curled acorss the teen's delicate features.
Backtracking slightly,  Lila gained purchase up top the first landing on the main staircase. She casually leaned against the railing as her eyes tredged across the busy thoroughfare.
There.
The sight of a familiar flash of bright red hair caught her attention.
Reg was heading in from the courtyard, folding up a piece of paper as he turned down one of the halls.
Grinning, Lorelai did not bother with the stairs. She jumped the guard rail, minimizing her impact on the ground below with a roll, startling a few of the students.
Gazing at the hallway Reg went down, Lorelai paused. Briefly, the layout of the numerous halls that comprised the twisting maze of a school she had been raised in flashed through her mind.
Taking the next hallway up would allow her to intercept him at an intersection towards the end of the passage. She would have to save time by cutting through a class room, though.
Pushing off the ground, Lorelai rushed forward, shoving a student out of her way as she raced down the adjacent hall. Her heels clicked against the ground as the buzzing sound of chattering students faded into the background.  The sound reverberated through the vacant hall, lending itself to a rather ominous auditory effect.
Swiveling on the balls of her feet, Lorelai barged into an empty classroom. She sprung over a few decks, her feet finding purchase on the other side as she took the second door.
She emerged from the door just as Reg passed it.
Grabbing a hold of the scruff of his shirt, Lorelai shoved him down an empty corridor.
She pinned him, gently and socially against the wall, a leering grin painted on red lips.
"Hey there." Lila cooed softly, her voice light and wispy, barely a whisper as it left her throat. She did not sound out of breath despite the running she had just done.
With one hand pressed against his chest, and the other raised above his head, caging him in with her body, Lorelai closed their proximity,  her nose brushing against Reg's. "I need you to do something for me... and yes, there is something in it for you, too."

Violeta Ungur/Heru the Daemon

Violeta joined the line, unknowingly a few people ahead of Connie and Gregous in terms of who would get food. She was just glad there was no ridiculous uniform to wear. Ugh, she couldn't stand the idea of not having her tartan on. She fingered the purple, black and green fabric absentmindedly, ignoring the chatter of students and Daemons around her. She saw so many - Daemons that looked like everything from shimmering foxes to lizards. She saw Water Monitors of all varieties and all sorts of mamals and birds as well as insects.

"Wow...I didn't think so many people had Daemons this day and age..." Violeta commented to Heru as she got her breakfast - oatmeal, toast, eggs, bacon, hash and home fries (oh and some salmon to remind her of home at sea).

"Just be glad they have so many varieties of food." Heru pointed out as he landed on her head as a moth. He happened to turn around in time to spot Aligregous and Connie behind them.

"Oi! Connie and Gregous are behind us! We should ask them to sit with us!" He suggested as they left the line with their food. Violeta looked over, lighting up when she saw her friend.

"HEY CONNIE!" Violeta called, holding her tray in one hand to wave with the other to get her attention as she went over to where Connie was in the line

Kriivthi | Aurvang - Herschell | Maylandi

Aurvang simply stuck out his tognue to Reg's grumbles, wondering exactly how the red panda managed tolerate him so long. Then again, perhaps there's an anger to her he has yet to see, and perhaps a soft side this human that has yet to show. But those thoughts didn't bother him after he started moving, nearing the end of the staircase and then riding down the rail the rest of the way. Aurvang's grip was oddly light on the teen's shoulder, but he didn't faulter from his perch. Entering the courtyard, the bat rose to peak above Reg's head without really letting go of him in search of his own human, or perhaps Reg's counterpart. Whichever he saw first. The two wandering back inside the school after getting his schedule, then down some hallways until he saw a flash of purple hair then he and the ginger being shoved against a wall. His claws digging into his skin, not enough to break flesh, but enough to hurt he was sure. Not like he went unscathed in the action, his wing had harshly flapped against the wall and was now currently pulsating in pain. None of this he showed however. Instead, he pinned a glare from his ghostly eyes to the talking girl, having half a mind to shift into a snake and snap at her, but he didn't. Instead, remaining on the ginger's shoulder with a loosened grip and deathly glare pinned to the girl that smelt of lavender.

---

"Right.. Classes" Kriivthi groaned, opening the door and squinting his eyes at the light that attacked him. Letting out another agitated sigh and exiting the room, instantly grabbing at his shoulder as it started burning with pain. His thoughts went from how he could of gotten hit by the door when he barely touched it to Aurvang being cause of it. Now wondering what happened to cause the pain.

'Did... Did he hit my dæmon?' Kriivthi thought for a moment, his eyes narrowed as he started walking away to the courtyard.

'He hit my dæmon' He concluded, now silently fuming and thinking of all the things he was going to say and do to Reg when he found him.

---

Herschell smiled at the crow as he landed, Maylandi barking with an open smile at the sight of Sika. Changing to a parrot and leaping into the air so they could keep moving to their class.

"I'd say pretty good considering yesterday" Herschell mused, giving a lackadaisical smile to the dark haired teen.

"Annnd.. Trib. That ghost class or whatever they call it" Herschell hummed, holding up his schedule as he mentioned it.

"You?"

Reginald Eason Pierce | Corsen

Reg wandered down a relatively vacant hallway, the chattering of the common areas growing more distant behind him, though still echoing down the passage along with his footsteps. Right when the ginger was about to reach the end of the hall’s stretch, he felt a harsh tug on the back of his collar. A mixture of the jarring sensation against his neck and the sudden enveloping fragrance of lavender coating Reg’s senses forced the boy to emit a strangled wheeze sound as he was dragged against his will into a more secluded area. The shock of the situation caused Reginald to loosen his grip on his class schedule, the paper fluttering to the ground in the hallway he too had occupied only moments before.

Despite having been unceremoniously pushed into the new space, Reg felt his back only lightly hit against a wall. While this motion did not hurt him, he felt Aurvang's claws dig into his shoulder, causing the redhead to wince out of pain as it contributed to harshening the already sore sensation in his shoulder.

A hand reached up to rest near the top of Reg's head, barring him from retreating towards where he’d been pulled from. He felt a gentle yet firm lingering feeling against his chest, a palm pressing the fabric of his shirt to his body and further caging him between the other person and the wall behind Reg. The other person’s body approached closer as their nose slightly pressed against Reg’s own. A shock of purple hair hinted to Reg’s eyes of who the culprit was.

“Ah, wha... what the h.ell are you doing!” Reg hissed, managing to formulate the sentence. His face began to flush bright as Lila started to speak cryptically in a light tone. The minuscule distance between their faces meant he could feel a tickling sensation against his lips each time she enunciated a word.

“You know…” Reginald breathed out petulantly. Lila’s perfume still engulfed his nose as he tried to regulate his breathing to calm the racing in his chest. “Most people would just, I don’t know… call after someone or tap their shoulder if they want to talk. Not pull them down an empty hall and pin them against a wall.”

Despite his irritable words, Reg could not help but feel strongly intrigued by the woman’s odd way of getting his attention. He completely forgot about finding Corsen or figuring out the location of his first class, waiting for Lila to bestow more details of what she wanted. Or rather, what Reg would receive in return.

“So, care to explain what the h.ell you want and are offering, then?” He pushed, unable to hide his greedy and therefore swayable side.

---

Corsen exited the doorway behind Kriivthi. The human seemed to squint around, before suddenly grasping his shoulder as if he'd been struck. There was a look in his eyes that bothered Corsen.

Corsen's tail bristled out in alarm. Despite not knowing what was happening, she sensed a very odd energy from the male now as he stalked away towards the front of the building.

The red panda gingerly followed after, though she had a very bad feeling at the black-haired boy's sudden change of attitude.

Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|

Lorelai's smile softened as she noticed the red blush creeping across Reg's face, dusting his cheeks in a rosy sheen.
“You know…” Reg's brow twisted on a petulant expression, his breath hitching slightly in his throat. “Most people would just, I don’t know… call after someone or tap their shoulder if they want to talk. Not pull them down an empty hall and pin them against a wall.”
"I'm not most people." Lorelai purred, her breath ghosting across the shell of his ear as she spoke.
Slowly, her gaze slid across his features and towards his shoulder where a white bat perched, its cold blue gaze fixating on Lila.
Lorelai tilted her head curiously at Aurvang. She remembered seeing a red panda accompanying Reg during their first encounter. Perhaps this was just another form.
Azul, per usual, was not in immediate sight. However, if one looked, they may notice the insectoid shape hiding in a shadowed corner, its wings pressed firmly against the wall. Completely unmoving.
“So, care to explain what the h.ell you want and are offering, then?”
Reg's voice drew Lila's attention back towards the crimson haired teen.
"Atta' boy." She teased, gently patting Reg's cheek with the hand that had formerly been pressed against his chest.
"I was thinking we could scratch each other's back.... and a little butterfly told me that you had quite a vice." Slipping a hand into her purse, she pulled out a pack of cigarettes, shaking it slightly. Lorelai reached up and booped his nose with the edge of the box. "There is a lot more where that came from if you agree to help."
On her trips outside, Lorelai collected all sorts of items, including a rather sizeable quantity of cigarette packets that she had accidentally picked from pockets while searching for wallets or jewelry. She used to store them, along with booze in hiddem caches meant for Herschell. In recently months, those caches were stripped clean, partially by Lorelai herself. Which resulted in a large un-used collection of vices hidden away.

Kriivthi Mæla | Aurvang

Aurvang's glare continued to deepen as the two chatted, internally debating to simply leave and find his human. But, he found he didn't move from his perch and listened to the girl's bargin. Rolling his eyes at the pack of smokes that was waved in front of the ginger.

"You're not seriously considering this? You know there's more than one smuggler here right?" Aurvang chirped to Reg, loud enough for Lila to hear as a way to irritate her.

Kriivthi walked through the courtyard, a scowl on his face as the quiet music still got to his ears and increasing his anger. He bypassed the food, and the line for the schedules when he saw there was no deep red hair in the mix. Causing him change his direction to a corridor of class rooms. Walking down a few different halls before he noticed a piece of paper on the ground, the closer he got the more he noticed it was a schedule. The name on it belonging to the person he was currently looking for.

'His name's Reginald? That's actually kinda funny and awesome at the same time' Kriivthi thought, but the internal dialog didn't change his mind, nor emotion for that matter. Thankfully, the hallway was empty when he entered, making it easy for him to hear the echoing voices of a male and female. Assuming the one voice belonged to the ginger, Kriivthi stood with the paper, and then picked up Corsen. Gingerly caring her over to the voices and then peering to the two conversing. His eyes lit up as he noticed Reg, and narrowing at Lila, however he rose an eyebrow as he saw the carton of cigarettes in her hand. The memory of Reg's habit flashed in his head, and he figured he would make the ginger suffer for a few hours longer.

"Gods... Get a room you two" Kriivthi croaked out, his attention landed on Aurvang in an instant, causing him to bee-line it to his dæmon. Shoving the red panda in Reg's arm, then ripping off the albino bat from his shoulder and place him on his own. He took a moment to stare at Reg with a blank face, then pulled his arm back with a balled fist and crashed into his upper arm. Despite his size, he did have enough muscle to cause some damage if he wanted. But he would hardly consider the throw gifted to Reg a love-tap, more a mirror of the pain he felt earlier. Without another word, he grabbed the cigarettes from the female's hand, smacking a smoke from the packet and then grabbing it in his mouth. He saw that Reg's hands were full of red fur, so he easily grabbed the lighter poking from his pocket and lit up the dart. Taking in a long drag and then blowing the cloud in Reg's and Lorelei's face before walking off. The fact that he still inside the facility didn't bother him, if anything he took a longer drag and let out a large cloud of smoke just anger any faculty that may be nearby. To his dismay, there wasn't.

"You do realized you just took Lorelei's bargaining tool right?" Aurvang chirped once they left the building, still skipping over the food and standing in the line for schedules.

"Hope she has a plan B, cause it's honestly not my problem" Kriivthi barked, still huffing on the smoke. The action angering several students near him, which reminded him he didn't care about lines. Aurvang turned them invisible and they started walking down to the table, hearing several students struggle with their names from the attendents made him greatful for just shuffling through the papers himself.

"Dæmon Tribulation? Wonder what that's about" Kriiv cooed as he read his timetable, rolling his eyes then finding his way towards the class.

"By the way... Why'd you punch Reg?" Aurvang cooed, shifting to slither around his human's shoulders.

"Cause he hit you" He answered curtly, snuffing out the last of the cigarette and tossing it aside before walking into the class room. Which was oddly at the end of a dark hall, where no other class seemed to reside besides this one.

"That was actually Lorelei" Aurvang corrected, looking around the room for places to hide. Which he found there were many for small creatures his size to crawl into, and even more for his particular power set.

"Oh.. I'll.. Apologize for it later. Give him his smokes back then too" Kriivthi cooed, feeling a little guilty for it. He didn't smoke that much, and done it only a few times in the most stressful of times. However, he really wanted to get a point across, so he let this occasion slide. Aurvang had to chuckle though, as his human hasn't seen his room yet.

The class was rather small, and had an oddly cold lighting to it. Not anything that would be considered offensive to the eye, or keep them from reading anything on the board. But it made Kriivthi feel smaller than normally. The desks were laid out in the usual rows, with a perch on the side of each table for a dæmon to rest on. Along the walls were shelves of books, and trinkets of possbily useful items, but none of them gave Kriivthi an answer to what this class entailed. It jumped from old history books about dæmons, to types of laws around dæmons, and would also have light reads sprinkled into the mix that ranged from anything to everything. The teacher was no where in sight as well, or so Kriivthi thought, watching as the lady walked out of the shadows and began looking around.

"Hello students, please take a seat" She chirped in an all too happy manner, but when she saw no students, she instead took a stand at the table up front. Kriivthi quietly wandered to the back of the desks and took a seat, still remaining invisible until more students had showed up. Studying the teacher that blankly stared at the back wall in the meantime.

Despite himself, Reg's eyes widened when he saw the small package Lila pulled out from a purse she carried. The ginger ignored the bat's words. The human's blue eyes following the cigarette carton as if the offer were as tempting as a full course meal placed in front of a starving man.

Reginald took note of the fact Lorelai still withheld the information of what he would have to do. Reg cocked his eyebrow, about to pry further.

It was then that the two were interrupted by someone approaching. Reg whipped his head around as a vaguely familiar voice spoke.

"Gods. Get a room you two," Kriivthi rasped, instantly walking towards Reg without much regard for Lorelai's presence. Swiftly grabbing Aurvang, Kriivthi threw Corsen into Reginald's empty arms.

The events occurred too quickly for Reg to react with anything other than wide, confused eyes.

Kriivthi stared at Reg without any emotion, the former suddenly wheeling his arm back and ramming it into Reg's arm. Shots of pain ran up Reginald's arm into his shoulder. His eyes involuntarily teared up in reaction to the affliction. Reg almost dropped Corsen, but managed to maintain his hold on her, partially out of shock.

"What's your problem?!" Reg yelled, the question followed by a collection of colorful curses aimed at the other male. If his hands were freed, he might have tossed up some matching gestures. But his colorful vocabulary was cut short as Kriivthi quickly stole the cigarette pack from Lila. Kriivthi also snagged the lighter peeking out from Reg's pocket. After lighting the tip, Kriivthi breathed on the nicotine stick long enough to expel a large amount of smoke at the two humans before making his exit.

The smoke only slightly phased Reg. He was far more upset by the seemingly random assault Kriivthi had conducted on him.

"Let me go, I'm gonna snap at his ankles!" Corsen threatened violently, squirming within Reg's tight grasp as she struggled to escape.

"What was THAT?" Reg held Corsen up in front of him to look at her face. Even though Corsen's current form was light, it still made him wince to hold up her body weight with his pained arm.

"I don't... know." Corsen responded, her eyes narrowed. "He seemed fine this morning. But then we left your room and he freaked out."

Reginald placed Corsen on the floor, using a leg to discourage her from bypassing him and running down the hall. At this point, Kriivthi was probably long gone.

Reg nursed his arm as he regarded Lorelai. Without having any other basis to go off of, Reg wondered if Kriivthi and Lorelai had a past together. He wouldn't have guessed so otherwise, but perhaps the interruption had been a blind fit of jealousy? Either that or Reg had done something the night before that he couldn't remember that had set Kriivthi off. But Reginald was sure Corsen would have told him if that were the case, so he was rendered utterly stumped by what had just played out.

"I certainly hope you were right about having more," Reg huffed, upset that the prospect of instantly collecting a new pack was dashed. Not to mention, Kriivthi had stolen Reg's lighter as well, which only increased the ginger's irritation. His fingernails dug into his palms as he considered what he would say to the other male the next time the redhead saw him.

Roku doesn't have a good time

Roku has gotten to the class room at some point. Occupying one of the chair at the far end isolate from everything else and almost entirely cover in shadow in the already dark room so most would likely not noticing her at first. She looks oddly clean and neat, in a way that standout and feel unsettling weird especially to those that are familiar with Roku, couple with her sour and somewhat haunted expression, she is similar to the kitten who just got out of roughhousing in the pet spa. Weirdly enough, Yagi stayed by her side this time, seemingly revering in Roku's discomfort.

She's stationary at her desk and even though she cleary doesn't want to be here, running away doesn't seem to be an option for her this time either. She was brought to this room by the cleaning lady after bath and seem to have somewhat resigning to her fate and open to the force education or interactiong throwing her ways. With Kriivthi remaining invisible and Yagi said nothing about anything, Roku has not much to do but a switch between giving the teacher an unfriendly death glare and avoiding her eye contact.

Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|

"You're not seriously considering this? You know there's more than one smuggler here right?" The bat dæmon challenged, still glaring at Lila with a sour expression.

"Carrot-Top can't offer instant gratification the same way I can." Lorelai drawled flirtatiously, her eyes glinting in the darkness.

She slowly retracted the pack, "well, what will it be?"

"Gods... get a room, you two."

Lorelai slowly turned her gaze to see Casper standing before them, holding Reg's fallen schedule in hand.

"Hey, Casper." She purred. "Great to finally properly see you."

Kriivthi did not reply, immediately rushing towards the bat perched on Reg's shoulder and ripping it off.

Lorelai took a step sideways, keeping on hand above Reg against the wall but was no longer caging him in with her body.

After shoving the familiar orange panda back into Reg's arms, Kriivthi paused, his expression deadpan. The blur of movement that followed immediately kicked Lila's instincts into overdrive. Despite not being the one the punch was aimed at, she flinched and ducked to the side. She was about to retaliate with a roundhouse kick to the side of Kriivthi's head when she noticed Azul, the butterfly was fluttering just above the boy's tangled black hair, shaking his head.

Lila's leg twitched, but she backed off, the muscles along her frail form tensing in the anticipation.

With another blur of motion towards her, Kriivthi grasped onto the box of cigarettes in her hand.

At the same time, Lila, once again expecting an attack, grappled with a fistful of his shirt,  bracing herself to pull him in and knee him straight to the crotch.  Once again,  Azul stopped her.

Lorelai let her hands slip, keeping her gaze fixed on Kriivthi while she backed up slowly,  moving out of his grasping range.

Lighting one of the cigarettes, Casper ignored the volcano of colourful language that had erupted from Reg and instead blew a plume of smoke at the two of them.

Lorelai coughed wildly, her hands twitching at her sides as a small bit of purple dispersed into the air, vanishing before it could cause any real harm.

Placing the cloth of her sweater against her mouth and nose, Lorelai watched Kriivthi depart.

"I'm so putting stink bombs in his room later." Lila mumbled, mostly jokingly as her gaze lingered on the now vacant hallway.

Reg vocalised an irritated huffing sound, "I certainly hope you were right about having more."

"I'm rarely wrong." Lorelai hummed as she turned towards Reg. She slipped her hand into her waistband pocket and pulled out a key. "Replicate this and I will give you the location of my stash."

She pressed it into his hands, took a few steps back, and leaned against the wall.

Getting into the Principal's office still required a key, and Lorelai wanted to own a permanent copy of that key. But given her reputation for sticky fingers, she wouldn't be surprised if those keys were logged and tracked. So she needed a replacement to slip back to the guard before he missed it. It probably meant that she would be fashionably late to class. But that wasn't unusual for her.

Reg clutched the key Lila pushed into his palm, lifting it up to closer inspect the item. While it appeared to be a fairly regular key, it also did not look like the standardly issued dorm room keys. This indicated that Lila did not merely want a copy of a key to her own room or like. Though, that much was already obvious due to her willingness to track Reginald down and offer up her stash of cigarettes in return for a replicate.

"Huh. You even know about that?" Reginald's mouth quirked upwards in amusement after she asked him to replicate the key. The ginger was not sure how Lorelai had found out about his quantity manipulation, but he figured creating a clone for the key would not be too difficult.

"You're not even going to question what it's for first?" Corsen hissed softly from her placement at his feet, staring up at the human.

"I'm doing it with your help or not," Reg shrugged, figuring what he did not know could not hurt him. It at least seemed worth the price. "Especially after that bedhead came in and stole from me."

"Hmph. Try doing it yourself, then." Corsen seemed to accept Reg's decision, albeit begrudgingly. She seemed to be too irritated at Kriivthi's behavior to protest as much against Reginald's poor habits and decisions as she normally would.

Reg sighed. Multiplying was one of the more difficult aspects of quantity manipulation. The unpredictability was one reason he did not often simply replicate his cigarettes. Despite Corsen's unwillingness to directly help, he knew she would intervene if his solo use of the manipulation got completely out of hand.

Reg decided to attempt the process himself before resorting to begging the red panda to help him. Reg placed his free hand over the one clasping the key in order to better picture out what he wanted to do. After a few moments of concentration, his bottom hand suddenly felt far heavier than before. Removing the hand having covered the key revealed a palm-full of replicates; around 6 or 7 copies.

Reg tsked at the sight, a mixture of his loose control over the power and overzealousness having multiplied far more than he'd intended. But it had worked, the entire pile consisted of exact clones of the original key.

"Here's the original," Reginald said as he pulled the initial key Lila had handed him out from the bottom of the stack, holding it out to her. "And... take your pick of these. I'll get rid of the rest."

"Huh. You even know about that?" Reginald inquired as he grasped the key.

A chortle of amusement spilled from Lorelai's throat. She pressed a finger against her lips in a hushing motion. "As I said, a little butterfly told me."

Azul, meanwhile, had retreated back to the shadows. Not even Lorelai could pinpoint hsi exact location at the moment. He was rather adept at hiding.

The red panda by Reg's feet seemed none too pleased by her human's actions.  "You're not even going to question what it's for first?"

"I'm doing it with your help or not," Reg determined, seemingly motivated by the promise of drugs. "Especially after that bedhead came in and stole from me."

"That was quite rude of him, wasn't it?" Lila mused, tilting her head to one side.

Reg clasped his hand over the key and his gaze seemed to briefly defocus, as though redirecting his energies elsewhere. Wactching other students use their magic was mildly interestesting, it seemed that each ability was unqiue in its processes and utility.

Reg removed his top hand, revealing a palmful of keys.

Even Lorelai could not hide her suprised expression, causing her to blink owlishly.

Reg appeared to be disappointed by the apperance of such a large quanitity of keys. "Here's the original," Reg plucked a key from the pile, passing it back to Lorelai. ""And... take your pick of these. I'll get rid of the rest."

"Wow, that's a useful ability to generate infinite amounts of money." Lila observed as she retrieved one of the clones. A part of her wondered if Reg was able to replicate the material down to the molecular level, she would love to experiment with that in the future.

"Oh, and. Be sure you do sufficently dispose of the rest. Trust me when I say that you do not want to get caught with these." Slipping both keys back into her waist band, Lila retrieved a folded up slip of paper from her purse and pressed it carefully into Reg's hand.

The paper appeared to be an old map of the facility, the kind you'd find on the back of a brochure for newer students so they would not get lost within the winding corridors of the school. However, unlike those  maps, this one had a certain area just outside the cafeteria circled in red. Instructions were scrawled across the back with neat hand writing.

"This is the location to one of my stashes." Lorelai explained. She had change up all of her hiding places after the breakup with Herschell. Furthermore, she had to get extra creative with the way she hid things to ensure that no one would accidentally stumble across it. It was now a multi-step process to find the key and then the box that it unlocked, but all of it was detailed on the back of the map.

"Take only the cigarettes, and return each item to it's hiding place. I know exactly what I have and I know how to track you down if anything goes missing, understood?" Lorelai chided as she took a step back. "Burn the map or roll it up into a joint and smoke it when you're done with it, I do not care."

In reality, there was nothing in that stash of any particular value to Lila. In a way, Lorelai was testing Reg. She wanted to see how far he could be trusted in case she needed him for future projects.

Glancing around, Lorelai knelt down before Corsen, tilting her head. "I love the colour of your fur." She cooed. "Azul is somewhere around here, but I do hope that we can all be friends." Lorelai offered the red panda a genuinely sweet smile.

Coronach looked up to see Violeta screaming from across the area. She lifted an arm and waved back, though embaressed at the draw of attention, she did enjoy havig at least one friend here.

She quickly moved up in line to receive her class list, and taking a few moments to shuffle through and grab Violeta's before heading to her friend to share the schedule.

"Trib? What the heck is that?" she said aloud, not really to any one in particular.

"Whatever it is you better get there." Aligerous said, looking to both girls, gesturing to the similar class on both papers "It's right in the mornin', and I doubt you wanna miss it." he smirked

Reg only smiled at Lorelai's reaction, though he did not wish to dive into the specifics of how the ability worked. He still did not even know what Lila needed the duplicated key for, and he did not feel inclined to offer up any further information on himself.

The redhead cocked his head to the side when Lila warned him to remember to discard the remaining copies. Reginald quickly shoved the keys into his empty pocket for storage until he could later be rid of them. Lorelai's warning of being caught with the key suddenly made Reg wonder if he made a poor decision, but those thoughts were soon pushed aside as a piece of paper was passed to his hands.

The ginger felt a bit let down to notice that the paper seemed to be a map with a set of instructions. He was hoping the stash would be a little more simple to get into than this. But he did not exactly have enough options to be picky, so he accepted the paper without complaint.

Seeing as how Lorelai made sure he knew that she mentally documented all that she had in the space, Reg wondered what else occupied the cache. Though, he really only cared about the cigarettes as of right then. And perhaps also figuring out how to track down Kriivthi and steal his lighter back. Reg was already beginning to feel a craving after only smoking a half a stick, and now he couldn't even necessarily look forward to finishing it after class without a light.

"Heh. Got it," Reg smiled with complacency, despite his angstiness to take a hit of a smoke. His head still ached with a headache induced from the night before, and he was hoping a dose of nicotine would act as a form of pain relief from the aching he still felt from the spot Kriivthi had pummeled. "Let me know if you want to do business again."

Reg ran a hand through his hair as he restrained a snigger and eye roll at Corsen's reaction to Lila's compliment. If the red panda could blush, she may have right then. Despite her earlier unease with Lila, the daemon could be rather soft when it came to praise.

"Thank you, your hair is also a lovely shade." Corsen thanked the beautiful girl, sweeping her tail across her paws as she sat. "I indeed hope that can be so."

Reginald was not too sure how likely becoming friends was, but he supposed there was definitely no harm in staying on the purple-haired girl's good side.

Kriivthi Mæla | Aurvang

((Oh Cham, the room itself is not dark, just the hallway to the classroom))

Kriivthi's glare didn't move from the teacher, who herself hasn't moved a muscle the entire five minutes of standing in her place. Kriivthi knew fully well why, now debating if he should let the others know about the staff running the school. But he wasn't entirely sure yet. His attention was taken from the lady and brought to the door where another, larger lady was currently dragging in a kid. He didn't recongize the kid at first, but realized after they got closer that it was the girl from yesterday.

"At what point did biowires start bringing kids to class themselves?" Aurvang whispered into Kriivthi's ear, feeling a shrug from the human as they watched her plop the kid in a desk and leave. She looked rather uncomfortable, and extremely angry. But she stayed none-the-less. Kriivthi felt slightly confident, slowly shimmering into the light, not fast enough to immediately notice, and they still kept themselves rather transparent. The teacher took a moment to examine the new girl, smiling to her and silently studying her, her hazel gaze ended up slowly moving towards the male. Tilting her head as she thought of the kids currently in her room.

"Rookagi, welcome to my class" She spoke, looking to the little girl. Kriivthi raised his eyebrow at the odd name, unsure if that was actually her name or not. He noticed that the faculty have been struggling with names lately, probably because there's been so many from many different parts of the country. Which, he realized over his summer's customers, tend to range from several different languages and varients of names. So, he couldn't blame them. But he still liked to see them struggle, or so he thought.

"Kryvthree Mayla, welcome to my class" She cooed. Kriivthi couldn't hold back the disgust in his look at the name.

"Say that again" He spoke, tone rather firm and demanding. The music still filled the hallways and echoed through the door, making him more tempermental than usual.

"Kryvthree Mayla" She repeated.

"Kriv-thee Mila" He snaped back, his head lowering as she shook her own.

"That's not what's written here" She informed, shuffling through a few papers and pulling up his questionaire.

"See, Kreev-three Mayla" She sang, holding the paper up as proof to her claim. Kriivthi let out a low growl as he looked at the paper. Although he couldn't read it properly, he did notice it was his handwriting, making it without a doubt spelt properly. Considering his name had originated in the province they were in, he highly doubted that someone born here would mistake his name.

"Kriv. Thee. Mi. La" He growled out, the teacher shaking her head once more. Causing the teen to bark out the most offensive of profanities to her.

"Hold your tongue, child!" She scorned, only to recieve another string of the colourful words.

"I will not hear this! Silence this instant, or I assign you ten points of dicipline" She warned, the words only tilting Kriivthi's head in confusion. Perhaps she'll explain that later, but for now, his silence was taken as win for her.

'We're showing them what they are' Kriivthi thought to himself. Wishing he had Telepathic abilities to inform his dæmon on the decision. But his dæmon knew him well enough to know what to do with just the simple tap of his finger. Kriivthi remained visible for a few minutes longer before he shimmered back out of sight.

Roku and Yagi

((ah dang it, sorry about that))

Eventually Roku broke the eye contact with the teacher for good and avoid looking at her entirely now that all of the adult attention is focusing on her.

"Rookagi, welcome to my class" Roku's eye rounded at that in the both confused and offended manner as she mouthed the name to herself and Yagi broke into a quiet wheeze suitable for hyena more than a Honey badger which is his current form. With the naming catching her off guard and broken her attempt to keep her eyes low and not looking at anything, she eventually noticed Kriivthi and gasped. Clearly spooked, not rom his slow appearance but for the fact that she hasn't notice him in the first plave. Luckily she still stays in the desk and only leaning away.

The older boy began to have a back and forth between him and the teacher and action which help Roku get over her censored and instead watch the rather heated interaction with mild interest, head snaping back and forth to follow the conversation like she's watching a ping-pong match. It came to the irrupted stop once the adult loses her temper. Roku shrinked away slightly at that. But it seems that all the excitement is over for now. Leaving the three person and their daemons to simply sit/standing there while that awful music playing in the background.

Roku sneak a glance toward Kriivthi once more before she thought better, let out a mix of huff and groan and resting her head on the desk looking away. An action which scream she's rather being left alone thank you very much.

Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|

"Thank you, your hair is also a lovely shade." The little red panda swept her tail across her paws, taking a seat. "I indeed hope that can be so."

"Aww, aren't you just the sweetest." Lila giggled as she beamed at Corsen. "Thank you."

Red pandas really were super adorable. The fuzzy little face complete with a delicate and extremely boopable snoot lended itself to the overwhelming level of cuteness.

Standing up, Lorelai blew a flirtatious kiss in Reg's direction as a farewell, and then sashayed out of the hall, heading back towards the entrance.

There was a flash of blue of Azul dropped from the ceiling and wordlessly followed the lilac haired teenager out.

Neveah | Drishti

What IS that? was Neveah’s first thought upon waking up to the music filtering into their room. It reminded her of the sweetly attracting tunes of Lorelai's singing, although apparently without any hypnotic qualities. Nevertheless, it was definitely the strangest alarm clock she’d ever heard.

“Well, strange school, I suppose,” she groaned, stretching. Then asked “You mind?” into the room, since the increase in heartbeat told her Drishti was awake too. He used his power to push the sound out of the room, allowing both of them to fully wake up without being bothered by the cloying tendrils of music.

Eventually she rolled out of bed and traipsed into the bathroom, pulling on the clothes Drishti picked out when she got back. For a moment she thought about asking him to describe them, but shrugged off the impulse. She hadn’t cared in years, and she wasn’t about to start caring just because someone made a fuss over it yesterday. Especially considering who that person was.

Her thoughts wandered back to the night before as she made her way out of the room, letting Drishti steer her to breakfast. Once they were back in their room, she had asked Drishti to try taking his powers away from her. Despite his initial hesitance, he’d understood why she asked and in few uncomfortable minutes proved that whether or not to share his powers was definitely under his control.

Which of course meant that Azul could do it too. So him not taking the siren song away from Lorelai was either due to him not knowing (unlikely, given his age) or not wanting to. That then probably had to do with his and Drishti’s conversation in the garden, which he’d relayed to her later. Whatever she might think about Azul’s philosophy (she mainly agreed with Drishti, dæmons were meant to help their human and vice versa, and it made sense for their bond to be closer than most, and for her to be maybe unusually dependent on her dæmon, considering the circumstances) it was clear that in the case of Lila and Azul, that approach did not exactly work.

It made her wonder if the pair actually fit together. But then, what did she really know about them? Their relationship was plainly very different from her own with Drishti. Who knew what their story was.

Neve was still thinking about their little experiment even as she waited in line for breakfast. She wondered absently where Lila was. Drishti hadn’t seen her yet this morning, but whether that was a good or a bad thing was kind of a toss-up.

Since they didn't hear the music, that left them free to enjoy the morning sounds of birds singing. After a few moments, Drishti squeezed her shoulders and whispered, "Listen."

Neve heard it too. A repeating pattern in the songs, seven notes that inspired a feeling of haunting and longing.

"That's..."

"Azul's song," Drishti confirmed. He'd told her about it yesterday, and they'd spent a few minutes puzzling over his words. In the end though, they hadn't gotten much further than Drishti's original thoughts about the continuity and changeability of life. Hearing it in person now didn't strike Neve with any flash of understanding, so she was content to just enjoy it, both of them listening quietly as the line shuffled forward.

After getting breakfast they moved into the line for the schedules, but after a few minutes of listening to the staff member mispronouncing every single name she sighed and asked, “You?”

Drishti steered her to the table where the schedules were laid out, before hopping off her shoulder to root among the papers as a magpie. It took him a few moments to find hers, which he pushed against her fingers before flapping back to her shoulder. Giving an affectionate nip to her ear before turning back into a snake as she grabbed the paper and held it up.

“Dæmon Tribulation,” Drishti read, carefully enunciating the words.

“That sounds...taxing,” Neve huffed, wondering what that class would be about.

“Tiring. It’s also first up. Starts in a few minutes, in fact,” her dæmon pointed out, next reading the unfamiliar name of the classroom.

Neve frowned, not wanting to ask a staff member as their intelligence hadn’t really impressed her so far. “Then how are we supposed to get there on –,”

She stopped midsentence, having heard someone mention what sounded like the same class nearby. She curled her fingers, pulling the sound of their conversation closer so she could overhear the words.

“What the heck is that?” the female voice said, sounding puzzled.

“Whatever it is you better get there,” another voice, this one male, piped up. Her dæmon? “It’s right in the mornin’, and I doubt you wanna miss it.”

Yeah, sounds like the same class. And it also sounded like they were first-years like her, meaning they probably wouldn’t mind if she joined them. Wasting no time, Neve quickly walked up to them, Drishti quietly whispering descriptions of the four into her ear out of longstanding habit.

“Hey, sorry, do you have Dæmon Tribulation first up too? Any idea how to get there?” Due to their proximity, the dampening field Drishti was projecting over the two of them now also extended over the quartet, pushing the sound of the disconcerting music away.

Coronach looked up from her schedule to see someone new walking up to her and Violeta.

"Yea." she smiled, trying not to seem rude to the newcomer-not fully aware of their disability yet. "As on how to get there, I'm not sure." she admitted, turning 360 to try and pinpoint an ideal location.

"We'll find out sooner or later." Aligerous shrugged, looking around before his gaze landed on the two newcomers "But sooner would be better, would you like to tag along? I believe we're just about to head off." Aligerous, however, did notice the way the girl stared, the way her eyes looked. He had an idea the girl was blind, but didn't point them out just yet in case she was sensitive about it.

Reg rolled his eyes when Lorelai winked in his direction. Though the dismissive motion did not hide a red tinge starting to creep back into his complexion, which had initially departed during the interruption breaking Lorelai's pinning of Reg against the wall.

"What was that about?" Reg asked Corsen when Lila was out of earshot. "You seemed unkeen on her only like, a minute before."

"I wasn't the one so easily swayed into helping her without even knowing what you're getting involved in," Corsen said unabashedly, a pointed stare aimed at her human as his eyes flitted to follow Lila for a moment longer before she was completely out of sight. "Not like you're any better. At all."

"Touché, rat," Reginald muttered, glancing around on the ground and identifying a familiar piece of paper. Luckily, Kriivthi seemed to have dropped Reg's schedule during the commotion. Reginald was not sure what he would have done if that had also been pilfered. He hardly had the patience to find a faculty member and expect them to hurridly print out a copy for him. Based on their performance thus far, he was sure it would take forever to get accomplished.

Reg glanced at the schedule once more to make sure of the first class's room number. The male then folded the paper up and hid it alongside the map in his back pocket, stepping out into the main hallway he'd been walking down prior to Lorelai's appearance. He'd been ignoring the tones as much as possible throughout the morning, waiting for the music to inevitably be turned off. Reg rubbed the temples of his forehead, the tune playing overhead only seeming to worsen the pounding in his head the longer it resonated.

Corsen pounced out of the side corridor, having to keep up with Reg's long strides.

"Waiiiit," She whined. "Why were you touching Aurvang? You hardly ever pick me up, but that's another person's soul."

"He grabbed onto me first," Reg instilled, glancing at the nearby door numbers, which were gradually counting upwards towards the digits that had been listed on the schedule. "I wasn't exactly happy about it, either."

"Cheater," Corsen coughed out, narrowing her eyes.

The two did not speak more on the topic as Reg finally noticed the correct room the class was taking place in. Peeking through the doorway, there only seemed to be the teacher and maybe one other student and daemon pairing.

Am I early? Reginald wondered. He had not thought so, but he had lost track of time with Lila. Reg stepped into the room, staying towards the back row. Reg closed in on one of the seemingly unoccupied desks, sliding between the chair and desk and bending his knees as he began to take a seat.

Kriivthi Mæla | Aurvang

The echoing of the music continued to grow, but it start to straighten out into a cohesive melody, making it a little less irritating to listen to. But not by much. After a good minute of sitting in hidden silence, the door opened again to reveal another student. The student he robbed barely an hour before in particular. Kriivthi let out a quiet groan, covering his eyes in guilt and thankful that he wasn't visible to the eye. That was, until the ginger started sitting in the seat he was currently occupying. Aurvang reacted faster than he did, becoming visible to the public sight in an instant, accompanied with a hissing snap of his jaws towards Reginald. Aurvang had no intentions to harm Reg, just let out a warning snap from atop his human's head, enough to scare the human from almost sitting on his.

"Oi, get off, I was here first..." Kriivthi barked, crossing his arms and then eyeing up the other teen. Deciding to make light of the situation.

"Plus, we're no where near that far into our relationship for that kind of intimacy" he sang, letting a smirk creep onto his lips as Aruvang coiled back around his shoulders.

Roku

Roku turned to look when the sound of the door annoced the arrival of another student. She immediatally recognized who he is and more importantly his daemon. She groaned at her predicament of being stuck in the same class as all these people and is about to turn away again only for her to did a double take on the spot Kriivthi used to be, only noticing now that he's disappeared again.

Roku narrowed her eyes. She's no idiot and already begin to speculate what's actually going on. Seeing Reg moved closer to take the seat make Roku anticipated what's about to happen more and soon enough she was proven right. Kriivthi shimmered back into existance and hissed. Ah great...They have someone who can turn invisible here Roku groaned. Though, Nosy little thing she is, she continued to watch the exchange a little longer, albeit with lower half of her face hidden behind her arms as she rested her head on the desk, and the top half almost cover entirely by her bang.

Violeta Ungur/Heru the Daemon

Violeta was just about to ask what classes Connie and Aligreous had first when a new girl, dark haired with milky eyes, and a Daemon that looked like a cobra with shimmering black and white scales.

"Yeah, Daemon trib is my first class. Unfortunately, I'm just as confused as how to get there as you. I'm Violeta by the way. Violeta Unger of the Gyptians." Violeta told the other girl, introducing herself as Heru nodded to the other Daemon.

"And I'm Heru, her Daemon. Nice to meet you guys." Heru chimed in, currently in his shimmering red falcon form, though he too noticed the milky eyes the girl had and could immediately tell she was blind. Of course, being the natural diplomat he was, he kept his beak shut about the issue of her being unable to see

Reginald Eason Pierce | Corsen

"Whatthaaafffsthat-!" Reginald yelped, his words slurring together as an odd sensation zipped up his spine, forcing him snap back up into a standing position. The jerking was mostly in reaction to an odd hissing sound that omitted close to the back of his head, but also because he'd sensed something off about the chair right before he had been about to perch on it.

Reg had not quite managed to actually sit down when he noticed an abnormal ambiance to the spot. Almost like he was about to sit on something that did not match the shape of what he saw visually. It also seemed to radiate more warmth than made sense, with a breath close to his head. Another uncontrollable shiver overtook Reginald's body as he whirled around, partially sitting atop the desk in front of the seat that was now occupied by a dark-haired human and a contrasting albino snake.

Reg's eyes immediately narrowed as he recognized Kriivthi. But Reg's face flamed as he realized why his body seemed to have sensed at the last second that there was another presence in the space. It was not his fault to have almost plopped down atop the formerly invisible human and snake duo, but the thought of unwittingly sitting on the lap of the other teen was rather mortifying.

"Oh, haha! Funny..." Reg gritted out through clenched teeth. "I could have sworn I also had something first. But it seemed to have been taken from me! What a pity-"

Reg leaned close to Kriivthi, hands gaining purchase under the front and backside of the seat. He tightened his grip as he spoke his next three words.

"If you were-"

Reg hoisted the chair upwards, Kriivthi and Aurvang still sitting within it, but up against his chest. It was almost bridal style, minus the chair clumsily making it much harder to commit the carry to mirroring the formal appearance. It wasn't comfortable to hold, but Kriivthi and the chair were light enough to carry to the destination Reg's blue eyes locked onto. Due to the position of the uplift, Reg's face was very close to Kriivthi's as he spoke the next words in a husky, angrier tone.

"To also have something taken from you..."

Reg stalked over to a nearby desk several seats away, kicking away the free chair there and lowering the one holding Kriivthi down in its place. The motions were never too rough or threatening enough to indicate he meant harm, but were still forceful enough to show who was in charge of the situation. His next words only oozed with irritated sarcasm.

"Oh. And hopefully, that wasn't going too fast for our relationship? I get carried away sometimes."

The display was extremely bratty. It was an utter waste of energy. And it was all to show off some sort of odd dominance of the situation. But the display of pettiness somehow exceedingly pleased Reg. Reg did not give Kriivthi a chance to speak before turning on heel and sauntering back to the spot Kriivthi had initially chosen. The ginger triumphantly pulled another chair out from the neighboring desk and plunked it down where Kriivthi's chair had been, cockily throwing an arm across the back after taking his seat.

Neveah | Drishti

“Yea,” the girl whose voice she’d followed confirmed. “As on how to get there, I’m not sure.” She spun in a circle, apparently looking for a sign or something, as the other girl admitted she didn’t know either and introduced herself as Violeta Ungur of the Gyptians. Neve could have guessed that last part even without her and Drishti’s words, from her distinctive accent. It sounded…different, but not unpleasant.

“And I'm Heru, her dæmon. Nice to meet you guys,” the falcon dæmon added, nodding to Drishti who dipped his head in return. No one commented on her eyes, but she couldn’t tell if they were purposely avoiding it or hadn’t noticed yet.

There were roughly two main reactions when people first realized she was blind, especially since the physical state of her eyes quickly led to the suspicion that it was not something she’d been born with. Either a bumbling straightforward “What’s wrong with your eyes?” (that was mostly young children, followed by scolding and apologizing from the parents. She actually didn’t mind the harmless curiosity so much) or tiptoeing around it with varying degrees of awkwardness and/or pity. Simply taking it in stride as Lila did the other day was a comparatively rare reaction, but definitely the most preferable one. So far so good with these four, but Neve figured she’d give it a few minutes to see where the atmosphere would go.

“We'll find out sooner or later,” the raven dæmon responded, sounding unconcerned. “But sooner would be better, would you like to tag along? I believe we're just about to head off.”

“That’d be great, thanks,” Neve smiled. “Always better to be late in company. I’m Neve, this is Drishti. I take it you guys are new here too?”

Aramis & Kastiel

Aramis woke up in her dorm bed, something she wasn't used to. She'd always woken up with hard cobblestone or rough wood underneath her. This was nice though, like waking up on a cloud. A rather solid cloud. Kastiel was curled up in his ferret form on her stomach, a habit he'd started when they'd first bonded. Poking him awake, Aramis set him gently on the bed and got up, untangling herself from the bedsheets. She'd fallen asleep in her clothes. Again. For the millionth time. Alto didn't really care what she slept in as long as it wasn't nu.de, but Xen, Alto's counterpart and the unofficial mother of the crime brigand, wasn't as lax about it. Xen tried to get Aramis into some more feminine habits, such as brushing her hair, but so far she wasn't very successful.

Glancing at her haphazard appearance in the mirror as she passed it, Aramis headed to the cafeteria for a quick, hopefully uneventful breakfast. She was able to get through breakfast without any social incident, so she headed to class. Grabbing a class schedule from a vacant-eyed attendant, she headed towrads the first class, which gave her heart a joyous leap when she saw it was Daemon Tribulation. Perfect.

Aramis found the classroom without issue, Kastiel perched on her shoulder in his Raven form. Fortunately for both Daemon and human, neither really did much useless chit chat, an arrangement they both liked. Despite being drugged (which she'd figured would be a good idea at a Daemon school) and an eventful orientation, Aramis was enjoying school. Alto didn't much like her being part of domestic life, as he called it, but learning to hone her shared powers with Kastiel would be very useful indeed.

Aramis slipped in, getting a quick read of the others already in the room. She slid unobtrusively into a seat without saying a word, watching the others interact. Sooner or later though someone's bound to notice me, she thought begrudgingly.

Kastiel grunted next to her, having reverted to his jaguar form while she sat down.

"Let's just get this over with," he grumbled, settling down on his haunches, his tail swishing with impatience.

Aramis couldn't tell if he meant the class or the inevitability of having to interact with people. The thought made her smile in amusement. Often Kastiel spoke with double meaning without meaning to, a little game she called "Guess What, Riddle This" in her mind.

With a flick of his tail, Kastiel tugged slightly at the red-haired boy's foot, causing him to trip just a little.

Have fun with that, Kastiel thought towrads Aramis, hiding a feline smirk. Time you socialized just a wee bit

Kriivthi Mæla |Aurvang

Kriivthi couldn't help but smirk through out all of Reg's words, getting temporarily distracted by another student entering the class. Not getting much of her or her dæmon's features before his chair was picked off the ground. His hands instantly grabbing out to anything to keep him stable in case of a fall. His hands had wrinkled Reg's shirt as they curled around his collar.

"To also have something taken from you..." Reg huskily breathed, the air that came from him dusted the cheeks of the dark haired male red with several ideas of what he could steal instead run through his mind. His blush started to ripple the invisibility on his body before he was dropped to the ground. Now watching Reg casually walk back to his previous desk and seat himself in a newly obtained chair.

"Oh. And hopefully, that wasn't going too fast for our relationship? I get carried away sometimes." Reg cooed. Instantly brushing away the reddened emotions on Kriivthi's face. Replacing it with a pout, but still couldn't quite hide the smirk pulling at the corners of his lips.

"Oh.. So this is a thing? Well... I hear that with these particular relationships, someone gets flowers" he sang.

Aurvang's eyes darted between the two several times at a rapid pace before landing on Corsen with a confused gaze.

Violeta Ungur/Heru the Daemon

"Just started yesterday. Both of us. You mind if we tag along? We have no idea where to go for Daemon Tribulation class." Violeta admitted, glancing at the Cobra daemon and his girl.

"You're pretty lucky to turn into a Cobra. I considered it for one of my forms, but I like being able to fly too much." Heru admitted to Drishti, glancing between him and his human.

"Um, Neve, if you don't mind me asking, what happened to your eyes?" Heru ventured, before Violeta scolded him with a "Heru! That's rude!"

"I am so sorry about him. Heru can be a bit blunt sometimes and isn't the most diplomatic Daemon." Violeta apologized to Neveah, wishing she could erase what the daemon had asked about.

((i'm just going to go with it as if kastiel just pulled on his foot while he was sitting so i dont create an inconsistency with my last post since reg was already sitting down in it))

"I'll be waiting for the flowers, then, bedhead." Reg brazenly snorted back at Kriivthi's coquettish remark. "But I don't think I'm your type, anyway."
Reg added the last line, remembering the instance of Kriivthi heatedly stalking into the corridor where Lila had been pushing Reg into the wall. Still not having any inkling of an indication as to the reason that had brought the fight on, Reginald defaulted to believing Kriivthi had a liking towards the purple-haired girl.
Corsen shook her head, bouncing up into the daemon perch next to Reginald's seat. Her face displayed a puzzled expression that mirrored the one Aurvang had sent her way.
Reg glanced down as he felt something tug at the laces on his shoe, realizing the sensation was being perpetrated by an unknown daemon.
The girl and her black jaguar must have arrived at the classroom while Reg had been dealing with Kriivthi.
"Huh?" Reg snapped in a vituperate manner as he addressed the culprit. He moved to cross his arms atop the desk, leaning over them to look the jaguar in the eye as it laid on the floor below. "What do you want?"

It was probably not the most astute of idea to speak so aggressively to a being currently in the form of a large rainforest feline. Especially when it currently was clawing at the ginger's shoes. But Reg was not exactly known to be the most eloquently spoken of individuals.

"New-ish yes." Coronach shrugged. New to the schooling? Yes. New to the area? Not really, but she didn't bother to explore the place, mostly kept to her dorm and the kitchen and that's it. "I'm Coronach, and this is Aligeruos." she said, after Violeta had given her own introductions, to the Neveah and Drishti. But then Heru asked Neve and peculiar question.

"Um, Neve, If you don't mind me asking, what happened to your eyes?" Heru had asked, making Coronach look to the girl and attempt to subtley study her eyes. Which did appear milky in color.

Kriivthi's smirk turned into an audible sighing smile, half rolling his eyes until he thought about his hair. He wasn't entirely sure how bad it was, he didn't really get a good look in the mirror to completely straighten it out. Not like he cared. Or so he thought, instantly grabbing at his hair with an embarrased noise escaping his mouth and a veil of invisibility drapping over him. Out of the eye of others, he began frantically brushing his fingers through his hair, untangling any knots that his hands found. In his frantic haste to fix his appearance, the following statement Reg made finally settled in. Tilting his head in confusion and narrowing his eyes in thought. Instantly becoming visible to him again with a curious look.

"What's that suppose to mean?" Kriivthi breathed, blue eyes once again narrowing as he noticed Reg was distracted with a dæmon. His eyes rolled once more before he tried to subtly get the ginger's attention again.

"Welcome new students. Region, Ariam" The teacher spoke, her gentle gaze lightly bouncing from the student with the matching names. Or close to matching.

Kriivthi couldn't hold in a hissing snicker from the names, feeling a little less angry about the mishap earlier. But now, several jokes and verbal pranks had began racing through his mind with Reg's new found name.

Aramis / Kastiel

((Oh sorry I missed that part))

Aramis was startled when the temperamental ginger boy suddenly whirled on her and demanded "What do you want?" right in Kastiel's face.

Watch yourself, Aramis thought, to either Kastiel or the boy.

"Nothing," Kastiel growled, meeting the boy's gaze and therefore his silent challenge. I know your game, Kastiel thought. He'd played it himself many times in the wild. "What do you want, hmm?" Kastiel deflected casually, knowing full well what was wanted. When he walked headlong into conflict he'd started, help start, or just walked into, he always went in as the jaguar, an intimidating form that displayed prowess and was its own "don't mess with me" sign.

Aramis tensed at the proximity of the internally tumultuous boy, not speaking, hoping that the boy would just blow off already and Kastiel would quit messing around

She frowned when the teacher totally botched her name. Either she was dyslexic or just being lain irritating. Or both.

"What the-?" Reginald cut himself off as he gawked in horror at the teacher at the front of the classroom as she greeted the students. At first, Reg thought that the teacher had said a few random words, rendering him utterly confused. It took him several moments to realize that one of those adventitious words was supposedly his name. Reg was not even a fan of his full name and usually avoided using it, but he was shocked that someone could muddle it up so abysmally. "That is not my name. That's not even a name."

Reg turned to the side to hear Kriivthi laughing at the teacher's version of his name. Even Corsen was tittering a bit in her spot, but he ignored her for the time being.

Before Reg could utter a word, he noticed that the dark-haired boy across from him seemed to appear slightly different than before. It took Reg a moment to tell what the reason was, but he finally seemed to pinpoint it. Had Kriivthi fixed his hair up since the last time the ginger had looked at him?

Reg felt a slight pang of guilt in his chest when he realized the other boy might have taken the nickname to heart, remembering the more reserved and shy side the teen seemed to have. Reginald actually had no issue with the boy's hair; if anything, the messiness suited him.

Reginald was unsure of how to apologize for such an instance. Although, he had no idea why Kriivthi even cared what the ginger thought.

Furthermore, Reg's logic and pride prevented him from saying sorry first, when Kriivthi had neither apologized nor returned Reg's items to him. Nonetheless, Reg's culpable side screamed at him that perhaps he'd gone too far in some way.

Reginald once again stared at the jaguar as it growled back in retaliation to the human's irascible reaction, though this time with a higher level of absent-mindedness.

Corsen leaned closer on the perch, breathing into Reg's ear.

"Knock it off," Corsen hissed in a voice low enough for only the ginger to fully hear the contents. "You showing agitation, to anyone in here, is exactly what they want."

"It's 8am. Just some peace, thanks." Reg bit out at the jaguar, but he took Corsen's words to heart and decided to avert his eyes from the predator, choosing to no longer further pursue a fight he would inevitably end up regretting.

"It's eight a.m. Just some peace, thanks," the boy practically spat out after his dæmon whispered something in his ear.

"Then let's have it," Kastiel shot back, turning his gaze on the teacher.

Aramis wanted to face palm at Kastiel's socializing antics, but she resisted the urge. Instead she focused on the teacher. Kastiel had tried to get her roped into a conversation, but he'd ended up doing the only talking out of the two of them, so there. Hah.

Neveah | Drishti

It seemed none of them had any idea where the class was. May need to ask one of the faculty members after all, Neve mused, turning the schedule over in her hands so Drishti could see if there was maybe a map or something on the back of it.

“You're pretty lucky to turn into a cobra. I considered it for one of my forms, but I like being able to fly too much,” Heru commented. Unfortunately Drishti was a bit preoccupied studying the paper (apparently there really was a map on the backside) and only responded with a vague “Mhm. Second's a magpie.”

Apparently slightly discouraged, the bird dæmon turned to Neve next, pausing for Coronach and Aligerous to introduce themselves and then asking, “Um, Neve, if you don't mind me asking, what happened to your eyes?”

Neveah sucked in a sharp breath at the question, Drishti giving a low hiss even as Violeta scolded her dæmon and apologized profusely. No, she didn’t mind small children asking because their questions were not rooted in malice and they had not yet learned what was and wasn’t appropriate to ask. But it coming from someone Heru's age, especially considering the fact that there was a small but marked difference between “what’s wrong with your eyes” and “what happened to them” was, yes, quite rude.

“That’s a...sensitive topic for...us,” she ended up answering, not saying “it’s okay,” because it wasn’t. “Suffice it to say, apart from light or dark, they don’t work. I’ll keep the how of it to myself, if you don’t mind.”

Perhaps contrary to expectations, Neve’s refusal to answer had little to do with the memory being traumatic or something like that. She understood that people would always be curious, and she preferred them asking over awkwardly avoiding it. Not that she was about to readily spill all her life’s secrets to people she’d talked to for three whole minutes, but she herself had no issue with it. She’d accepted her disability and made peace with it.

The reason she had never told anyone was that Drishti hadn’t. No matter how much she assured him that it didn’t matter to her, not anymore, she knew there was still a tiny part of him that felt immensely guilty. There probably always would be. He was (probably rightfully) afraid that people would look and act differently around him if they knew, or that his own behaviour might be influenced by the knowledge.

Drishti began squeezing her left shoulder, a touch harsher than usual, and if she hadn’t caught on to it yet that would have told her he was affected by the conversation. She turned, telling the others “There’s a map on the back of the schedule,” and leaving it up to them whether to follow or not. Neve didn’t mind either way, but she did hope Violeta’s dæmon had gotten the message and they could make it to the classroom without further incident.

Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|

Once again scouting from her perch uptop the first landing in the stairs, Lorelai scanned across the crowd. The throng of students was progressively thinning as they all departed to their first classes.

Lila had not even picked up her schedule yet, but not that it mattered. She mostly ditched a majority of her classess anyways.

At last, she spotted a family dark-haired figure. The guard from earlier remained astutely positioned by his assignment, hands in his pockets and making sure that each student got to where they were supposed to be.

Smiling to herself, Lorelai picked her way down the stairs instead of vaulting over the rail. She was in no hurry this time.

Waltzing up to her guard friend, she wrapped her arms around him in an embrace. ""Thank you for protecting our school." Lorelai cooed.

"W-what are you?" The muscles along his frame siezed up as the guard noticed the purple hair. And of course he knew exactly who that hair belong to.

Lorelai slipped the copy key back into his pocket and pulled away with a large grin.

"Get back!" The guard leapted away from her, patting himself down feverently.

Lila's sticky fingers were well known amongst the guard, he probably assumed that she had just stolen something from him. Which would be incredibly daft of her to be so obvious.

After seemingly finding nothing missing, the guard exhaled a sigh of relief. "Nice try."
An innocuous smile curled across Lorelai's lips, her head tilting to the side in a very puppy-like manner. "Whatever do you mean?"

"Get to class." The guard growled.

"Of course." Lorelai hugged herself around her waist. "I just have to pick up my schedule."
Grinning, she skipped off, heading outside. The little blue butterfly floated after her.

The first thing she noticed around the incessant music was the birds chirping, a repeated 7 note tune prominent above the rest of the chatter.

Lorelai largely dismissed the song because Azul had never informed her about the specifics of his encounter with Neveah's dæmon.

Sauntering across the courtyard, Lorelai looked for the staffmember who was handing out the schedules for that day. Approaching the group of awaiting students, Lila scanned the pile of discarded papers laid out for students who were late and missed the original calling.

Her name scrawled in neat handwriting across the top caught her gaze and Lorelai plucked it up, exaiming the contents.

Her stomach dropped as she read the listing for the first class of the day.

''Dæmon's Tribulations'

The class was a ghost class, known to disappear for years at a time before inexplicably appearing again. Azul perched on her shoulder, gazing down at her schedule.

"I'm sorry."

It was the first words he had uttered all morning.

Lorelai sighed and folded up the paper, tucking it into her bag. "Don't be. I'll deal with it."

Slugging her purse over her shoulder, Lila turned and began her departure from the courtyard.

"But that's what's written here" The teacher spoke, holding up the questionaire to Reg as evidence once more. Causing Kriivthi to roll his eyes as he saw the handwriting on the sheet, quite sure it was the ginger's.

"Biowires" Aurvang whispered for only Kriiv to hear, rolling his own eyes before he slithered over the edge of the desk. Turning him and his human invisible, he started studying the jaguar that picked on Reg moments before. A silent sigh left him as he returned to his human, pulling his attention towards the badger that sat by his small human. Seeming to still be happy about the mishap of his human's name. Aurvang had quickly lost interest in the creatures and returned to Kriivthi's ear, wrapping loosely around his neck as he quietly informed him about the others.

"The other cat isn't that intimidating... I could sit on him and he'd be out... I'll show him intimidating... Then the badger seems to be more related to a hyena if anything.. still chuckling about something supposedly amusing" Aurvang whispered, lazily looking to the teacher who held a rather supercilious demeanor around her.

Aramis // Kastiel

Aramis had the distinct sensation of being studied with unseen eyes, a feeling she'd grown sensitive to as she'd survived quietly, unknown and unseen, on the streets. She glanced down at Kastiel, then towards where the boy and his dæmon had once been in the chair. It only made sense, considering "Region"--she'd be calling him that if she ever did talk to him--was too aggravated to be looking her way and the other student in the room seemed [insert whatever it is Roku and Yagi might be doing atm].

Aramis glanced down at him, that odd look in her eyes when she got that gut feeling of being watched. The boy and his dæmon had disappeared from view, so Kastiel figured invisibility must be their shared power. He dismissed the hidden gaze, sitting up on his haunches to get a better view, still keeping an eye out where the invisible boy and his demon were. When sitting back on his hindlegs, his head came to Aramis' chest when she was sitting on a chair as well.

"Excuse me, ma'am, but my name is Aramis, not Ariam. I can't speak for... hum... Region... but I'm fairly certain that isn't his name." Aramis may have grown up a street kid, but she'd learned to put on some manners on the off chance an aristocrat might take pity and depart from some precious coin.

Roku is sleepy

Roku continued to watch the events unfold for a little longer, but despite the escalation and even having new characters/students come into plays, it wasn't able to keep Roku's attention for long and she soon just resting her head for the sake of resting her head.

"If I know better I'd say she messed up the name on purpuse" Yagi muttered to Roku with the smug look on his face, addressing the way Reg and Aramis trying to correct their name "If this keep up along with this song playing on the loop, someone's going to snap soon"

Roku doesn't quite know what that means yet for her, if the teacher is truly intentionally do this to aggrevate them. but Yagi's right about the music, what start out as pre-teen brooding, to sneakingly observing people under the disguise of resting has turn into the real wish to just closing her eyes and tuning the irritating music that give her mild headache out and rest.

Reg was losing patience with the absurd battle for the correct reading of his name. He found it peculiar that the teacher still refused to attempt pronouncing it again even after he'd pointed it out.
The girl partnered with the jaguar daemon piped up, also bringing to light that the teacher had misread her name aloud. Not having spared much attention to her before, Reginald cocked his head slightly to regard Aramis. Even sitting, she appeared to be at least a foot shorter than the ginger in stature. The brunette wore her hair in a short bobbed style and seemed to prefer darker tones, based on her current apparel of choice.
"Yeah, like Aramis here said, it's not my name." Despite having almost gotten into an altercation with her daemon, Reginald decided to verbally add attestation to Aramis' argument with the teacher. "It doesn't really matter since I go by Reg, anyhow. So I don't think you should have any issue calling me that, yeah?"
Reg's eyes passed over Aramis towards the daemon and human pairing along the wall, both of which the redhead did not know the name of. Since the teacher had only denoted a greeting to Reg and Aramis, Reg could only assume the woman had already butchered the other students' names before the ginger had come into the classroom.
The human sitting along the wall was the androgynous individual who'd stolen Reg's lighter yesterday before realizing it had been empty. The daemon was some sort of badger creature, with a rather snide grin as if he found something amusing about the situation.

Coronach looked away awkwardly, Heru's question made the air tense. Thankfully her dæmon was kind enough to change the subject.

"Ahem, how about we go look for the class eh?" Aligerous suggested, hopping off Connie's shoulder to turn into his fluffy fox. "If there's a map then we best follow it."

In the wake of her and Drishti’s departure, Neve heard Aligerous very diplomatically suggest they follow the map in order to find the class. “I have to agree with Gegrous on this one,” Violeta said, apparently to her, making Neve blink first at the nickname and then at the meaning of the words themselves as she strode further away from the group.

“That’s what I’m doing,” she called back over her shoulder in slight confusion. Repeating “There’s a map on the back of this,” while waving the schedule above her head for emphasis. Maybe they hadn’t gotten the message the first time? Perhaps Drishti’s muting of the music was messing with the sound of her voice, but he was usually pretty good at controlling his power and preventing things like that.

Either way, now that they’d figured out where the class was, they’d better get a move on. The bell could ring at any minute, and Neve would really prefer not to be late.

In the end, the classroom turned out to be surprisingly close by, and it was only a few minutes later when Neve cautiously stepped through the doorway, picking her way over to one of the desks in the middle as Drishti quietly filled her in on the room’s occupants. Three students, plus accompanying dæmons, and one teacher at the front of the class.

She realized there were perches, probably meant for the dæmons, situated next to each desk when her outstretched hand bumped against it as she tried to find her seat. Drishti ignored the perch entirely, staying in his normal place draped across her shoulders as Neve focused on the vibrations coming up into her feet to get her own measure of the room. Which was how she realized there were actually five people, and four dæmons, though Drishti repeated four and three in slight confusion when she asked.

Well, the only way that made sense was if pair number four was invisible. And that reminded Neve of something Lila said the day before, about a boy she called Casper because he kept vanishing, even though that wasn't his real name. Maybe he was here, she hummed quietly to Drishti who flicked his tongue out curiously and then dropped part of his body to the ground in order to sense the vibrations for himself. That would likely solve the name problem in a bit.

Aramis // Kastiel

A handful of new students arrived, one of whom was blind Aramis noted with interest as the girl cautiously found her way to an empty seat, her dæmon perched on her shoulders. She took a seat in front of and diagonal to where Aramis sat midway between the back and the middle of the classroom.

Kastiel shifted to his raven form, hoppong up Aramis' arm to perch himself on her shoulder like an ebony watchman and whisper in her ear, "You should say hi."

Aramis didn't question his motives this time. It wasn't out of pity, spite or any malevolent agenda. The sightless girl just happened to pick a seat close enough for Kastiel to nudge Aramis out of her normal tendencies. She noticed he'd been doing that more often lately for some reason.

Leaning forward, Aramis tapped the girl's arm. "My dæmon and I wanna say hi. I'm Aramis, and this is Kastiel," she said with a soft voice only the girl and her demon could hear. She motioned to where Kastiel was waiting on her shoulders, momentarily forgetting the girl was blind.

Kastiel let out a quiet caw. "Nice to meet you," he said, cocking his head and eyeing the pair. So far, Aramis was being pretty social today, a quota Kastiel had set up so Aramis could have a relatively successful school life, and hadn't told his human about it just yet. He'd learned on his travels that having a companion was much more preferable. The thought reminded him of Añwir, and where he'd ended up and what he was possibly doing now. Kastiel had thought he had sense the vengeful dæmon on campus prior to orientation, but had dismissed the thought. Añwir? Bonded to a human? The demon of vengeance and ultra grudges would never do that. Then again, that was decades ago.

'Same here...' Jach said.

They reached the right classroom and entered it, where he found people were already taking their seats. Jach ducked his head and found a spot right at the back of the room, where he hoped he wouldn't be noticed much. Sika darted in after him and perched on the handy perch.

Lorelai -18- |Azul -Dæmon-|

"Do you think that Herschell is in this class, too?" Lorelai murmured as she sauntered towards the entrance.

Azul did not need to respond for Lorelai to know exactly what he was thinking.

"I'm gonna do it, you cant stop me." She stated rather forwardly.

"I know." Azul replied.

Lorelai glanced over her shoulder. "And I wont stop there."
"I know." Azul replied again.

"I won't rest until I have sufficently annoyed Felix enough to expel me." Lorelai finished with a humerous scoff.

"I know." Azul replied for a third time.

Lorelai and Azul were both equally aware that there was no chance Felix would expel her and she abused that knowledge of on a regular basis. She had been around far too long and had seen far too much.

"I guess I will check out trib first, there is a pretty good chance he is there." Lorelai foled her arms. "And if not I will bust down each and every door until I find him."

"You have a job to do." Azul reminded her pointedly.

"I know." Lorelai waved her hand dismissively. "It's never failed before, it is unlikely to start doing so now. Now, let's get to pranking Miss Stanton."
Azul did not reply to that statement. Lorelai greatly reminded him of Kastiel, and Kastiel himself had seemed to take quite a liking to her. Some days he felt that he was a mistake, and Kas was better suited for Lila than him. But those thoughts were quickly pushes aside. Kastiel was an enabler. Of course Lorelai liked him. Azul was the one she needed.

Neveah | Drishti

Neve got a small warning consisting of a shift of weight diagonally behind her before there was a light tap on her arm. She turned around to grant the person a full view of her misty eyes, listening for the hitch of breath that often followed when people had not yet realized she was blind. It didn’t come, earning whoever it was a few points in her book.

Instead, a quiet female voice said, “My dæmon and I wanna say hi. I'm Aramis, and this is Kastiel.”

The name sparked an image of a spider in her mind, probably because of the similarity to Arachne or Anansi, both spider-y figures she remembered reading (and later, hearing) about in stories as a child. Of course, she had no idea if that image fit her personality or anything or even what Aramis looked like, but that didn’t really matter. The mental images were just for her. If they helped her remember people and tell them apart, who cared? It wasn’t as if anyone could look inside her head.

Probably a good thing too, some of the images she’d conjured of people she’d met here were…less than flattering. Herschell, for example, had something distinctly carrot-y about him. Courtesy of his ex. As for his dæmon, so far she was a long-legged silver-grey wolf that Neve didn’t know the name of yet. Lorelai was varying shades of purple, make-up and sweet perfume, a pretty picture to cover up danger underneath. Azul a tiny butterfly, fleeting and light but weighed down by age and regret.

Heru she would recall, despite Violeta's best efforts, as rude, mottled brown and grey and flying. Violeta herself she pictured as a typical Gyptian; tanned skin, dark hair and eyes. Maybe that could be considered stereotyping, but she’d only ever seen Gyptians at a distance and never actually met one, so she figured a general image worked fine for the single one she knew. It might get more detailed later on.

As for Coronach and Aligerous, they were just names and voices for now, but then Neve hadn’t interacted with them much yet. Same went for Kastiel, although Drishti told her he just shifted from a black panther to a crow, meaning she was starting to associate that colour with him. Casper – that was going to stick now, too – was a greyish ghostly figure, transparent around the edges. Just as with the others though, if actually interacting with him gave her a different impression, that might shift.

Neve shook off the thoughts, focusing back on the conversation. “Nice to meet you too,” she said with a smile. “I’m Neveah, or Neve if you want to, and this is Drishti.” She could feel her dæmon dipping his head slightly to Kastiel. He actually seemed interested, which was a fairly rare occurrence. Drishti usually kept silent and in the background especially around new people.

"Very well, Reeg" The teacher responded, however said his name with a french g, smiling as if they came to an agreeable conclusion. Kriivthi had to let another laugh hiss out of his lips before he ducked his head in his arms to hide himself, despite the fact he was still invisible. He finally decided to regard the other students that came in, one looking a little dumbfounded as she cautiously made her way to a seat. Raising Kriivthi's eyebrow but he decided not to question it and examine the other student she started talking with.

Herschell followed Jach into the class shortly after watching a trio enter moments before. He first quickly gauged the other students that were currently there and where they sat, trying to find the best place to sit. The teacher turning her attention to the new group of students that flooded in, looking through some of the papers as they sat down.

"Welcome, Neeva, Connia, Viola, Jock, Heresal" She spoke, stopping Herschell in his tracks as he let this name settle in his ears. Slowly turning to the dark haired woman dressed in a green, long sleeve, woollen shirt, and a long black skirt and tights. Her dull blue eyes stared at the ginger with a sweet gaze.

"Sorry... What's my name?" Herschell cooed, tilting his head to her with a gentle smile.

"Heresal?" The lady parroted, her gaze slightly faultering to confusion. Herschell instantly burst out laughing.

"You are so spent, aren't you... You know what, sure. I like it..." He bluntly answered, as he examined the woman's features a little more, then turned back to face the other teens.

"My new name is now Heresal! Nice to meet you" He joyously spoke, raising his hands up and dropping them to smack loudly against his thighs before he wandered down the rows of desks. Still chuckling about the name.

His sight first went to the far row, then to the desk with a chair knocked over right beside it. However, the only desk without a chair was a few rows over, so the ginger couldn't figure how the chair got from point A to B. But he did like the desk it sat beside, deciding to take a seat right there. Only to jump up with confused, wide eyes at the yelping Kriivthi that appeared just before he bent down.

"Can you gingers stop sitting on me!" He barked, ice blue eyes sending a death glare to Herschell. Who only laughed at the ordeal.

"Pft, maybe if we could see you, you wouldn't be getting sat on" He teased, ruffling up his hair as he kept walking. Kriivthi then slapped the teens hands away and continue to annoyingly smack him on the back, which only seemed to invite Herschell back to wrap an arm his neck and pin him to the desk behind his. Aurvang dropped from his human's shoulder and slithered away still cloaked, his destination at the front of the classroom. Completely ignoring his human's struggles against the other teen. Maylandi sat off to the side and shook her head at the sight.

Kriivthi attempted to pull the arm from his neck, but it didn't budge from its spot. The chuckling Herschell irritating him more. So he opted to lift his legs from the chair and effortlessly pull himself around the ginger's back, similar to how a snake would wrap around prey. The two fell to the ground where they continued to wrestle for a little longer. The teacher was currently distracted with a strange feeling at her feet before she finally managed to say something about the out burst.

"Boys! Take a seat! Or I'll add points to your names" She hissed out, Herschell's smile instantly dropped and was replaced with a glare. Maylandi rose to her feet with a low growl and dipped head at the idea, slightly pulling at her human's pant leg to find said seat. Kriivthi still wasn't bothered by the supposed threat, the music from Herschell's headphones had echoed into his head. So he choose to simply grab Herschell's phone from his pocket and the headphones from his ears as he sat down.

"Heeey.." Herschell whined, trying to grab at his phone again.

"Get bent" Kriivthi hissed, guarding the phone and earbuds with his arms. Herschell stopped at the words, and a sly smile pulled at his lips in place.

"Naaaah.. I wouldn't want to steal your favourite position, now would I?" He sang, taking out another pair of headphones and sitting behind the darkly dressed male. Who once again, followed him with a steel cold glare, but ignored the comment and put the headphones on. Scrolling through the ginger's music and picking a rather heavy metal song. The music blaring through both sets of headphones.

"At least change the song" Herschell whined again.

"No." Kriivthi bit, blimping out of sight as Aurvang slithered up to his usual perch on his shoulder.

((Just tossed Violeta and Connie in here already since they were with Neve anyways))

Aramis // Kastiel

"Nice to meet.you too," Never replied with a smile, "I'm Neveah, or Neve if you want to, and this is Drishti."

Drishti dipped his head to Kastiel, who nodded back.

Neveah, Aramis thought. Heaven. Have the end times come already? her mind wondered with a silent giggle at the absurdity of the thought.

"I haven't seen you around here before," Aramis said aloud. "Is this your first year?"

((If I remember correctly from skimming, it is Neve's first year, right?))

Reginald Eason Pierce | Corsen
Reginald groaned out loud as the teacher managed to mispronounce even the considerably shortened version of his name. At least it was more accurate to his name than 'Region' had been.
The redhead crossed his arms atop the desk and buried his face within them, choosing to abandon the topic rather than prolonging it further. Clearly, the woman could not congruously pronounce anyone's names. Reg felt it a waste of energy to fight her when there was a clear lack of comprehension.
Reg tried to mentally block out the music still playing overhead, but with the level of chatter heightening as multiple people entered the classroom, it was difficult to concentrate on any one thing. Kriivthi and the newly arrived Herschell decided to use the room as their personal wrestling ring, only adding to both the visual and vocal distractions.
Reginald was feeling the oncoming adverse affects from not having had a full morning cigarette. His body was experiencing the malaise earlier in the day than it usually would if he'd taken in a full dose of nicotine as per usual.
Reg's cravings usually only lasted around ten to twenty minutes at a given time, but they were incredibly uncomfortable and occurred repeatedly throughout the day until his brain released another blast of dopamine that would stave off the next withdrawal symptoms for a longer period.
However, it was no longer just a matter of making it through the current class. Kriivthi had taken Reg's easiest means of lighting one of the addictive sticks.
Reg's uncomfortable state increased his irritable mood. The ginger shifted his head, still laying on his arms, to quickly casting a glare at the spot Kriivthi presumably still sat in. Though the latter's current invisible state made it more difficult for the glower to aim against a clear target rather than focus on the far wall behind the desk.

Reg suddenly reached into his back pocket, pulling out the folded-up piece of paper containing his class information. The bottommost few inches of the paper remained blank, so Reginald folded the space a few times, tearing a slightly ragged but straight portion of the parchment off.

Glancing around, Reg found a pencil sitting on a nearby desk occupied by another student. No one seemed to be carrying around study tools due to the unconventional nature of daemon classes, so he was not sure if the pencil belonged to the person or if it had been left there from the previous use of the classroom.

Reg skid his chair along the ground, sliding closer to the desk the person and daemon currently occupied. Corsen stayed in her perch at Reg's desk, cocking her head in confusion as to what Reg was attempting to do.

"Ey," Reginald voiced to get the other person's attention, gesturing to their desk. "Think I can have that?"
