Can not go to Berk, atten: Admins

I can not go to Berk the game hangs before Berk loads. Viking name is Aphrodite Catlove. I have the game installed I do not play through the browser. I have 3 vikings but the one I stated is the only one that can not go to Berk. Any help from Admins would be great.
