Can I change the activation/authorization email?

Hi! :D

Well my friend created me this account so she put her email, but can I change it to mine? I think she didnt authorize it cause sometimes when im using the chat a message appears saying "you said too many word your chat will b turned off for .... minutes" and whenever somene is talking it says "your account is sttill unauthorized plz activate it".Btw i heard if u dont activate your account it deletes after 60 days and I dont want my account deleted!!!!

Changing your email

Hi there, you can most certainly change your account email address. Log in, and select the Account tab at the top of the screen. Then, click onto "Manage Account" and you will be able to make your edits there.

THANKS!!! BUT....

I already tird it but I this appears -------------------> 

Please re-enter your password to access the Manage Account section.

Password: _________________________  Forgot Password

 

And when I put my login password but it says that the passwords dont match and if I click "Forgot Password", send it to my mail and type it there it still says that the passwords dont match.

Srry for the problems....

That definitely should not happen. Why don’t you PM us your account username, the email address you used to register for the game, and your Viking name. We’ll take a look at this for you.

Thanks! We got it and looking into it. Just to double check, did you receive a new password when you entered your information after you clicked onto "Forgot Password" on the website in your initial email account? And that new password didn't work?

IT WAS THE SAME, THE SAME

IT WAS THE SAME, THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME, AND AT THE PREVIOUS UPDATE!!!!

I tried to login into t1he game, but for some reason, they said that the username or password is incorrect, so i tried to change the password. When i did it, i saw that i had put a email that doesnt exist and they accepted, always... without sending an email confirmation. So i entered in contact with the support and THAT IDIOTS SAID THAT THEY CANT CHANGE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT SECURITY!!!

IT HAPPENED IN MAY OR JULY OF THIS YEAR AND I AM WITHOUT PLAYING SINCE THIS!!!!

THIS COMPANY'S SUPPORT IS SO DISORGANIZED AND DONT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THE USER!!! IS SO HARD SEND AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION LIKE EVERY OTHER GAMES?????

MY ACCOUNT WENT TO WASTE BY YOUR ERROR, AND YOU GUYS STILL BLAME ME FOR IT!!!

I HAD TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT JUST TO REPLY HERE, WITHOUT SAYING THAT THIS SITE RARELY ACCEPTED THE OLDER ACCOUNT!

Will the admins reply this and help me or you all like losing customers?????!!!!!
