Broken quests and chat

After quiet a bit of time away, the quest to turn in the blue paint to hiccup is still broken(telling me to turn in the paint when i have no paint) Isomehow have the groncicle quest again(finished some time back) and chat still won't work for me.

I want to enjoy the game, i really do but this is so annoying I can't feel like playing or getting the next expac.

I have cleared cache, refreshed and done everything I could to fix it on my end. I have tried on other computers as well.

I have a broken quest too!

I cant complete the give Astrid a sandwhich quest... why? Because I don't think it registered I got the mutton. It's been like this for months now...
