"The best of us" and "Mystery of the purloined boots"

I have problems with finishing these quests. When I got these quests, I finished them, but rewards wasn't showed to me. And, when I logged in next time, it showed me to start them again from middle - The best of us - from answering the groncle quiz, but mystery of the purloined boots from finding boots in school. And it's happening every time I log in.

That is a weird bug. There's been so many server issues lately that I'm trying to blame all the bugs in the game on that, however, if it doesn't clear up soon, try sending a PM to an admin.
