Best Place to Catch Eels?

I was considering working on my clan's "Eel Catchers" achievement, and was wondering: where is the best place to fish for eels? Fishing at my farm pond I get maybe 1 eel in 6 casts, but I would like to find a place where they are more plentiful so that I get them more often and this doesn't take a month and a half. :)
Any advice?
