I know that people say that the zippleback is the best at racing, but what dragons do you personally think are the best at the other sports?

I don't know about the rest but out of the dragons I have i think that Deadly Nadders are the best at Fireball Frenzy.I seem to tend to hit the targets more with mine.

Zippleback, in my opionion,

Zippleback, in my opionion, is not anywhere close to the fastest dragon in racing. It's stats are poor: 7,7,7 and 7

whearas for example Whispering death's stats are: 10, 7,7,7 which is better than the zipplebacks. When people say that the zippleback is fastest, I think they mean it is the fastest cheapest dragon.

I don't have much experience in Fireball Frenzy, so I can't say anything about that.

So to summarize, I think if you are not a member, skrill is the fastest racing dragon. If you are a member, of course toothless. And if you are new to the game, it is good to start with a Deadly Nadder, or Hiddeous Zippleback. (Or you could use Gronckle depending on how good you are on turning)

By the way the skrill's stats are: 10, 7,6,7 ( I think I am really not sure even if I have a skrill)

Don't look at the stats,give

Don't look at the stats, give every dragon a chance. I learned to know my dragons by practising not by looking at the stats, for example Changewings have max speed 3.5,so according stats they are slow dragons but i assure you that they are really fast, they can beat a Toothless,a Skrill and other dragons. I tested them both in training and racing and i can place 1st or 2nd,they are wonderful and easy to handle, perfect for beginners and intermediate racres.

No offense I think its so not humorous of people would believe in the stats, in theory the Admins probably made the stats from the looks of the movie (or wiki).

Yeah, what the other person

Yeah, what the other person said; it doesn't really matter what type of dragon you have. Smoldering Smokebreaths and Changewings probably have the worst speed stats, yet I've lost every time to the ss (unless it's a track with special shortcuts the rider doesn't know about). I've never lost to a changewing, but they're fairly new, so their riders are still getting used to the stats (pretty good apparently). I hate Fireball Frenzy, so I never do that. I've only used my whispering death for bullseye lagoon, so no idea how the others do (again, mostly skill). You also just need to know how to handle your dragon; for example, my monstrous nightmare is absolutely terrible at turns. He has a really slow turning rate and can't make as sharp of turns as my whispering death. Still, he has better acceleration. MN stats are 10,7,8,6 or something like that. WD stats are 10,7,7,7.

Changewings may surprise you,

Changewings may surprise you, their stats, in theory, are not that good, but I have yet to come further back than second in any race I have used mine in! And it is first 90% of the time. I have beaten people on all kinds of dragons, including toothless and whispering deaths with it O.o

Honestly, it shocked me. Before my changewing, I favoured toothless, but now he feels like driving a bus compared to the nippy little thing XD

Give them a chance, they might surprise you when more people have more practice with them.

I hear that thunderdrums are good for Bullseye Lagoon, but I haven't played it much; I've played it on a zippleback and a skrill- skrill's run out of energy fast so I wouldn't recommend them for that game, and zipplebacks I've found lack the turning necessary to manouvre through the course and are slightly too fast. For Fireball, I like using my flightmare; I find that I can often hit two targets at once :3 As for racing... I'd say zippleback or changewing depending on if you're good at handling the changewing's sharp turning- their speed is almost equal.  To the commentator above who said that zips aren't fast, they are really fast, but reliant on the rings to keep their speed up; on a straight track like Forbidding Ice (where the rings are widely spaced apart) they start to run out of steam against Skrills/Toothless. On every other track, in my experience, they hold their own just great ^_^

In racing,for me,the best

In racing, for me,the best dragons are: Gronckles,Nadders,Changewings,Snafflefangs (they have a glitch where the dragon hits invisible walls),Zipplebacks,Skrills,Thunderdrums,Scauldrons (they may not be the fastest dragons but i can say they are very good at racing,i always place 2nd or 3rd with them),Smothering Smokebreaths and Flightmares.

In Fireball Frenzy for me the best is Boneknapper, with him i manage to hit even two targets at once and i get hig scores. I don't play Bull'Eye Lagoon because i don't like it so i can't say anything.

*Psst... What is a subject?*

It's not necessarily the dragon, but your bond with that dragon that matters. However, some dragons are better at certain things than others. Here's my opinionated list:

  • Thunder Run Racing: I'd say a Skrill for nonmembers and a Toothless for members.
  • Fireball Frenzy: My Boneknapper does especially well, but I don't think it matters.
  • Bulls-eye Lagoon: Smothering Smokebreath or Gronckle.

Now, remember: This is my opinion. It could actually just be that I do best with these dragons; who knows? Create your own list. Find what suits you. Good luck!

Yes,you are right. I forgot

Yes,you are right. I forgot to mention the most important thing: the bond with your dragon,I get very well with the majority of my dragons.

My best racer is Ocean, one of my Stormcutters.

I think the bond to your dragon does matter. I've trained with Phantom (my Changewing) and even if he has very good stats and I flew fast on him and won almost every race, I'm better with Ocean. With him I take the small gaps, I fly right next to walls without fear and I'm more relaxed.

I trust him more than anyone and we fly, we live as one.

We are more than a team and that is what makes us strong.

So get yourself a dragon you can spend your life and share your thoughts with. Mine is Ocean.

Oh, and get yourself a team-name! Stella and Levita are the Stormdancers. Me and Ocean, we are the Fighters. (Pretty original and creative XD)

so you can shout "Fighters Fighters oi oi oi!" :D I always sit in front of my computer like that.

Recentely i've started racing

Recentely i've started racing with my second Skrill,Laki and i've noticed i go along more with him than with my first Skrill Morrigann, very strange because they are "only a computer generated dragons" and are the same dragon species but it seems i get along very well at racing with Laki (he hasn't a saddle). I try to adapt with every type of dragons because i want to be versatile and fexible but now my best racers will remain Amber (Gronckle),Gojyo (Smothering Smokebreath),Katla (Gronckle),Khandroma (Changewing),Phobos and Deinos (Zippleback),Yashodara (Scauldron),Oroshi (Thunderdrum,i have other three Thunderdrum but for the same reason i have with Laki,i am better with him),Liebniz (Deadly Nadder),Lhamo (Deadly Nadder),Talete (Rumblehorn) and Ukupanipo (Raincutter).

Hah, my Gronckle is also

Hah, my Gronckle is also named Amber! :3

Those are very much best dragons :D I only race with Ocean and sometimes with Catalysm... But I train and play with my other dragons equally and I change them like every 5 minutes. I remember when I did the boneknapper quest, I flew around in Berk with chess, but to explore the caves I took Ignis and later on Echo (Because he cares more about my health and less about adventures XD Ignis always got stuck examinating the spiders and I have great fear of those...)

I took Amber to get near the Boneknapper baby because she is very careful and I escaped the cave I took Ace because he is SO FAST! XD

Among "slow" dragons

Among "slow" dragons Gronckles are the best,i love the way they turn i can handle it very well. I don't change dragons every 5 minutes because i play the game mostly for races and because i have no more quests^^ Also Fireworm Queens are good racers :D I raced 30 mintues ago with my Skrill Laki and i can definitely put him in my best dragon racers family^^ when i am on my Skrill i feel the adrenaline rush of race and competition and i love extremely aggressive flights where i make very sharp turn near the rocks.

(......)

The best dragons at everything? I think that actually counts is dragons that are good at Thunder run or Bull's Eye Lagoon only, cause Fireball Frenzy has nothing to do with dragon abilities. Hmm.... i think Thunderdrums, Gronkles, or maybe Whispering Deaths, but Whispering Deaths are the lowest in Gronkles and Thunder drums, Thunderdrums are recommended at racing even though they have a really horrible pitch, its smooth, comfortable, and it makes them look like their going really fast, and when you bump into walls they wouldn't stop or bounce around, smooth!!! XD :)

Gronkles are good at everything, pitch, speed, turns, acceleration, acceleration and turn rates are the best or Gronkles in racing, their perfect in Bulls Eye Lagoon to, though, still could be a use :)

For Whispering Deaths, why are they the lowest in each of these dragons, well, they have a wonderful acceleration, turns and pitch, but in racing going up and down makes them look kinda slower, and you don't wanna try working out on Whispering Deaths in narrow tracks like Wooly Canyon, Trench Drive and trapping tracks like Fortune Falls, youbwould really hate it how sensitive they arr bumping at walls, not even close their already bouncing around slowing down or maybe stop, well if youre in the hang of it for Whispering Deaths, I guess I would say Whispering. Deaths are awesome racers to :)

Dont ever use Typhoomerangs on anything their horrible at everything, their horrible at every stats in real experience or racing. XC

Plus, if you wanna pick the most revommend dragons in racing pick : Nadders, Boneknappers, Zipplebacks (my fav), Changewings, Skrills (really fast, but dont use it at Wooly Canyon, Gronkle Run, Forbidding Ice, or anybother tracks which has a far ring approach in the start, thei acceleretaion is horrible)

I know their acceleration is

I know their acceleration is horrible but i can handle very well my Skrill in tracks like Woolly Canyon,Forbidding Ice etc. I've tried Thunderdrum in BEL and they are pretty good.
