"Back in Action" quest

Hello.

I have been having issues with the "Back in Action" quest for a while now. I have repeatedly tried on iPhone, web, and Windows downloadable. I collect the 3 gas samples, then am taken back to give Heather the samples. Everytime I click on her it says you need to deliver 1 gas canister. I don't have the gas canister visible in my inventory (?). I have tried clearing my web cache and cookies numerous tines but always the same thing. I have been tryigng everyy few days for the lasr month hoping it woukd fix itself?

HELP!
