"Authorization failed" but my money is still gone and i didn't get what i tried to buy

Okay so I tried to buy some gems with my debit card and being the forgetful person I am i forgot which of my emails to use for the payment info, so when i tried to submit it the screen said "authorization failed" and i didn't get my gems. I tried again with a different email and the same thing happened (once again, probably my fault). What i AM concerned about is that not only do i not have gems, but the money has been taken out of my bank account. Will I get it back automatically after it gets processed and "declined" as it said in the message when i tried to buy them? or am i just out $40 now?! if it doesn't get returned to my account how can i go about getting it refunded??

so your transaction is succesful and yet you dont recieve the gems? try to log out / in  or refresh or turn on/off your unit coz it happens to me sometimes, i used iTunes how about you? i think it is safe to buy gems using itunes because it will sent you your transaction reciept to the email you used, what is the method you used to buy gems that you used ur debit? i dont buy gems when in desktop i realy prefer iTunes coz i am using ipad

basically

when i put my info into the site it said that the transaction failed on my computer, but when i checked my bank account on my phone it had taken $20 when i tried it the first time and another $20 when i tried the second time. so the transaction was apparently successful according to my bank but it's still pending so im just wondering if it will process and be declined since the site said thats what happened and the money will go back to my account?
