Anything Loki.
Yeah, strange isn't it!!? Its almost as if they've run out of ideas for the comicbooks? Why change what is already working?!
Here's a few links on it but they pretty much all say the same:

http://www.newsarama.com/21572-thor-drops-the-hammer-a-new-female-thor-takes-his-place.html
They better not change any of it. I don't read comics, but even one step in the wrong direction could influence other genres. It might eventually lead to it happening in the movies... Besides, they say they want more female readers? Wouldn't it be better to have more handsome gentlement then? No offense to female heroes (I love the x-men ladies! :D), but most girls want to see the handsome men. (to quote a friend- "It's eye candy and you know it.")
I actually haven't heard of that! I just looked it up though and from what I see, it only pertains to the comic book Thor, not the movies. Being a non-comic book reader, I don't really care if they do this or not, AS LONG AS they keep away from a female Thor in the movies! They WILL NOT mess with my Chris Hemsworth!! -clears throat- Ahem, let me try again, lol. No, I don't like the idea of a female taking over the role of Thor in the comics or movies, but I definitely do not want it to affect the Marvel Universe movies!
That is all, lol!
Correct, its only for the comic books and I FULLY agree that they better NOT change Thor to being a female in the movies EVER!
I dont read comic books either because I prefer the movies, and actors. I dont think that the directors will ever allow for the movie Thor to become a female, thankfully. I'm thinking that this is a bad move for Marvel even if it is just for comicbooks.
