I just got to see Christopher Robin today. The theater that we usually go to only has 2 auditoriums/cinemas/whatever you'd like to call it(I always call it cinema) and they just got Christopher Robin this weekend. I was just curious if anyone here had seen it. I've always been a Winnie the Pooh fan and I loved this movie just like all the other Pooh movies I've seen. I thought it was really cute and funny.

Yes, it was really good. I laughed a lot.

 

It's a shame that your mom didn't want you to see it. Maybe when it comes out on dvd you can buy it if you have your own money.(I have no idea if you have a job or get allowance or anything so that's why I said if you have your own money) I wouldn't worry about people judging you for wanting to see it. I'm old enough that some people would say I should've grown out of all that "kid's stuff" that I like a long time ago but I don't care. My mom even went to see it and she loved it.

Yup

Yeah I went and saw it. My boyfriend took me. I haven't ever really been a big fan of Winnie the Pooh, but he grew up with it. He absolutely loved it. Great nostalgia trip. I kinda enjoyed it, but most of the references flew by me. Oh and for anyone concerned about being "too old" , I'm 25 and he's 24. Just be yourself and don't care what anyone else thinks :)
